When you're talking about a frontman, this is what you're talking about. The rest of the band are an afterthought even though they're great musicians as well
Well god DAMN that is how you play a song to the crowd right there. We've covered a few VT songs and I gotta say it ain't as easy as they make it appear to be.
Amazing gig in the ABC from 2011. Been a massive fan ever since seeing them at Murray field backing bon jovi. Sorry to hear they are taking a break. Hope it doesn't mean it's permanent..😢
I saw them a good few years ago opening for Government Mule in Dallas while I was traveling for business and looking for something to do. They were outstanding. Met them afterwards and bought my wife a shirt with the same logo as the backdrop, she still loves it.
You would be hard pressed to find a band of 4 guys this passionate & cohesive ,and just plain downright cool ! Shout out to Nalle Colt for some wicked wicked guitar on this . I've been fortunate to have seen these guys very up close & personal several times . This version is side by side as good as , (if not better) than Joe Cockers, although both seem like brothers from another mother, in this life we call Rock n Roll. 😎 . . Barry aka Roger I'm a Substitute for another guy
I'm guessing Joe Cocker and Tina Turner are dancing up there in heaven to this! You did them proud... Ps, I know this is a Beatles song but this is a cover of the Joe Cocker / (later Tina Turner) version of the song common of the (boring) Beatles version.
A couple years ago, my brother in law, uncle, and dear friend all passed within three weeks of each other. I was driving home from work right after and this song popped up on my shuffle and I had to pull over. Fully lost it on the side of the road.
