I believe to make it faster You need 17t in front 36t in back Or just the front replaced Along with an exhaust you do the emissions delete and switch carburetor and tune the carb Mine is completely stock at hits 70mph on a flat road top speed I weigh 180lb Fastest you can get it with mods is probably 80s I’ll do the 17t replacement first Then I’ll do an exhaust Then carb and rear sprocket
Hey I just got one new I’m having issues shifting form 1st to second it’s like the shift lever is hard to shift any advice I’ve adjusted chain I’ve adjusted the clutch greased clutch points any advice?
Yes lol It’s hard to explain but it’s a really common problem with these clones There’s an area that needs to be removed near the foot on the right side It’s circular You need to loosen it and turn the a part right with a flat head Careful I turned too much to the right Now my bike takes off too fast after shifting
Quick shaking the camera. Keep it on tripod. You talk to fast and you don't explain how you mount this engine. Stop cursing it's not appropriate for RU-vid. Have a great day
I have the 125 ice bear champion CT70 clone I love the blooper real I think the first few times any of us work on one of these we feel exactly like you did😢😊
If you didn’t disconnect the battery when welding that could be dangerous and probably has something to do with the check engine lights lmao😂but hey they’re gone so who cares! Sick job I wanna do mine soon
If you're doing this at home people don't use a grinder use a sowsow . less chance of blowing your self up from gas leak or fuel sender . other then that get er done
All these comments about really slow. It all comes down to gearing, tire size, tc vs clutch, engine rpm and weight. He could easily swap out that giant axle sprocket for a 42 tooth sprocket and run 45mph governered but it all comes down to personal preference. I run a 10/54 30 series on my yard kart 13 inch tall slicks, 37mph and can almost baby wheelie off the line. Stock 212 governed, stock muffler/carb.
