I recently completed a MERN stack course, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. The course content was extremely basic, covering only the fundamentals, and to make matters worse, it was incomplete. The chat support, which was advertised as instant and responsive, was anything but. Despite the website claiming that a mentor would connect within 5-10 minutes and that the chat was "online," I often had to wait until the next day for any response. Even then, replies only came late at night, between 12-3 am, when most people are asleep. It felt like they were deliberately avoiding real-time conversations.The process for obtaining a certificate and a refund was just as exasperating. You’re expected to wait 10 days, and even then, it requires constant follow-up calls to get any progress. After all this, they still inform you that it will take another 7 business days. The entire experience was horrible, and I'm deeply disappointed. Their refund policy feels like a scam. I strongly advise against wasting your money on this course. You're better off learning from RU-vid and obtaining a certificate from a more reputable institution. This platform is nothing but a fraud.....
I purchased the course after checking the comments here to give it a try, anyways it was just 699Rs. But I am amazed about the quality they are giving at such a price, I have also taken a course from other platform on web development at Rs10k, they are not anywhere near Tutedude. Good initiative, I liked it.
