I`ve been golfing for around two decades, struggling to break Ninety. I just read the golf swing strategies , Jοmtοnο Naha (Go ogle it) soon after I acquired it and the following day I was at the golf field trying out the driving methods for much longer range. I was immediately taking correct divots with my irons, properly after strong impact. I was hitting about ten to fifteen yards farther with my irons than I was used to. Check it out yourself!.
The trainer is an excellent hip movement exerciser. I like the hip to shoulder separation part, recently I was told by a former CY Young award winner that the upper and lower torso move together not separately at or just the split second prior to stride foot touch, plant down.some, people are not familiar with the fact that the pitchers body in motion should function within in a series of sequenced chain reactive movements including hip to shoulder separation.
