Hi! This is the review from the official website saying that black hardware chips off. Is that true? Thank you! HARDWARE CHIPS LIKE CRAZY AND TORY BURCH KEEPS CHANGING THE LINK TO PREVENT USERS FROM FINDING TRUE RATINGS This bag arrived with black chipped hardware (the black metal chain was already chipped). I previously bought this and the Matte Fleming and that one also chipped black paint. I was hoping five years later they would’ve resolved this issue, but obviously obviously not. Conveniently Tory Burch also changed the item sku # from 162041 to 161491 so all the bad ratings about the black chip paint had disappeared. Pretty shady!

I did the same exact thing the 1st time I saw the Montana bag! I missed out on the blue one and still search for it on every single platform 😢 the more hardware the better! I just bought a used one and didn't notice till after I paid that I need a replacement strap 😢 (I used to have like 5 straps) stupid $175 strap😢 I use the top flap part as a wallet
Yes the color of the kislux is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…
I can't understand why Dooney and bourke doesn't have a quality control department. I had to return 3 bgs this week. I love the Florentine collection but the leather and other attributes are horrible. Great video. 😂
Hi Josh do you know how to take the handle out of this thing. Mine tipped over and the orange piece broke and I have to replace the whole aluminum handle. I can't get the old one out as I don't remember how far that black plastic tab needed to pull out to disengage. My tab will move about a 16th of an inch out to allow some movement but it's stuck from there. I hate to pull out on that too hard as I feel it would break but perhaps not. Any help would be appreciated Thanks Jason
