Hi, I am Pim from AirfryDaily.com. Since 2015 I test all kinds of air fryers. I have a Dutch blog about air fryers where I help and inform people about airfrying. In 2019 I started my international blog about air fryers because I also got a lot of English questions about air fryers. An air fryer is a kitchen device in which you can fry your food with hot air instead of oil or fat. But you can also bake, grill and do way more with your air fryer. I will tell you all about this here and on my blog: www.airfrydaily.com
i have had a single air fryer for 5 years and it served me well, its only drawback was size. l saw a dual air fryer and next to it an oven air fryer in the shop. after a few reviews on line l bought the oven air fryer, and l am glad l did it can do so much more than the bucket types of air fryers
Nice looks good ! I've just received my first air fryer, always made my thai rice in a pressure cooker now I will can customize my meals with some new ideas ! ❤
so does it actually take longer to cook with both baskets? cause you are now running two heating elements and are dividing the total of 1800-2400 watts by 2 (depending on service to the house) Im just asking, don't flame me please. Got my answer from @billstreber5194 just below in comments, thanks Bill.
I nearly set mine on fire tonight, I put some fajita wrap bread in the air fryer, on top of foil. It got stuck to the cooking grills at the top. Lucky I checked, when I smelt burning, it fell down, when I pulled the basket out, all burned.
I use foil under the tray, it saves a bit of the cleaning at least, but I wouldn't recommend putting it above the tray as the heat wouldn't circulate as well and perhaps there's a danger there, plus the food wouldn't cook as well potentially.
I have a Philips I bought 7 years ago back when Bed, Bath and Beyond was offering if for a retail price of $300+. Since then many weird, cheap brands have been marketed that are 1/6 the the price I paid in 2017. I’ve never used one of the Chinese tacky ones, but they all look inferior in design and quality to my Philips. Many have been recalled for starting fires and causing burn injuries. Currently I am unable to find a Philips being sold in the USA except at Williams-Sonoma for a much higher price than this NinjaI don’t know why Philips is not widely availalble other than that people shop by price which is a consideration, but something I use every day and rely upon to produce quick and satisfactory quick food is not something which I wish to compromise on. Whether it is ten more years or tomorrrow, I will buy whatever the current large Philips model is wherever I can find it, and hope that the electronic controls will be as durable as my wind up mechanical-wind up timer design has been.
Try to cover the marinated chicken breast with aluminum foil at the top then add marinated vegetables on the top of the aluminum foil then cook. This is a good try to have juicy chicken breast and fat free and cooked vegetables .
Hi Pin Re: Philips 3000 Series (6.2L) XL Air fryer Does it Blow warm air like the essential device. or; Suck warm air, like the premium device? Regards Rudi
Hi Pin What is better to purchase, in terms of Durability and also Maintenance costs, etc. between: 1. Philips 3000 Series (6.2L) XL Airfryer, HD9270/91 and 2. Philips 5000 Series (7.2L) Connected XXL Airfryer - HD9285/90 Thank you, sir rudi
So far this is the best video I've ever watched. There are millions of brands and millions of models of those brands. Even if I can decide the brand, it's still a challenge to decide the model. Before your video, I was clear about the brand but overwhelmed by the models. Thanks to your advice I'll go for the premium model, the one without the smart sensing technology.
Excuse me, did you just say this air fryer cost four hundred bucks? If this is true, this is the most expensive air fryer on earth. The most I seen was $250 and that price was just for that one air fryer. I have to study this air fryer and see what it can do.
Hahah, it is quite funny. Didnt expect people to rage so much on aluminum foil. It just demonstrates the risk of using foil or paper in your air fryer.
