I really wish I could go back, I went in 2022. It was the best holiday experience anyone could have + they had that shop underneath the main centre and that shop sold lots of cool stuff :)
Our favourite Hotel in Our Happy Place, sadly we have lost two precious family members now who shared happy times with us at The Alicia, when our hearts feel a little less broken we will return and they will of course be with us in spirit, till then keep sharing the joy with everybody who is lucky enough to choose your hotel to holiday in....

This was our favourite hotel back when it was a family hotel rather than adults only. Spent many many happy years at the Alicia. We come back to Cala Bona most years, and have stayed at many hotels. Including the Bonaire. Missing our old pal Chris Jay. He made our time at the Alicia really enjoyable. The activities we did always seemed to attract a good number of the guests. Him and Maria Antonia. Chris usually with the adults, and Maria with the children. Wonderful times. Back in Majorca again in August staying at the Levante. We always give different hotels a try. Maybe someday in the not too distant future, I’ll be back at the Alicia again.
@@ScottyBugler2005 yes our first stay at the Alicia was in 1997 when it was for families (we had no children then or since so it still suits us) we got back there last year and are booked up again this year, its such a lovely hotel in a beautiful area. We have been to the Levante of a night to see a few shows and it does look a lovely hotel too. Enjoy your visit...

Hola buenas tardes, les escribo en relación a una reserva que hice el 25 de ABRIL He llamado al hotel para solicitar transporte desde el aeropuerto y una persona MUY MALEDUCADA me ha dicho que el hotel está cerrado y sigo esperando alternativas. El cobro de 580 EUROS lo hicieron perfectamente, pero la llamada para decir que el Hotel está cerrado la sigo esperando, Así que quedo a la espera de soluciones INMEDIATAS, ya que los vuelos y las actividades las tenemos pagadas. Tiene 24 horas antes de las procedentes denuncias a consumo y comentarios por todo internet contando esta ESTAFA y este deplorable servicio. También estoy asesorando jurídicamente para ver si les puedo denunciar via judicial por cualquier razón ya que esta situación no tiene nombre. Quedo a la espera de su respuesta. Un cordial saludo, ya que algunos aunque nos hablen mal y nos desprecien seguimos teniendo educación. (Cosa que quizá deberían generalizar entre su personal) LOCALIZADOR AAGBT5

I went here with my family in august 2019. The memories I have from here is amazing. I want to go back. This place is by far one of the best places on earth. I’m not kidding. It was my first time abroad and the best time of my life. Thanks proturhotels for the amazing experience and the best customer service ever. Btw your staff are amazing. 😊
