First of all this hotel was amazing but I stayed here from Tuesday to Sunday and they could not find me a space on any restaurant. I was very disappointed as I was looking forward to my Italian meal you can only make a restaurant booking on arrival and it was fully booked. What is this silly business of the restaurant being closed for Wednesday and Thursdays? I think it’s just a cost cutting money saving scheme! The shop doesn’t close for 2 days a week?

we will arrive at tui blue Cabo Verde on Monday 9 September 2024 and return to the Netherlands on Thursday 26 September. We have booked a room with swimming pool. We are very curious what it is like there and we are really looking forward to it!

Of course, factors such as body size, personal well-being, etc. should be taken into account. There are many different options with many airlines to get to Sal, as shown in this video that demonstrates how to use TAP Air Portugal. /Dirk

Bis auf das kalte Wasser gehe ich gerne in die Sauna. Trotz Herzerkrankung und Lungen Hochdruck durch kann das mit dem kalten Wasser nicht dann kriege ich extreme Herzprobleme. Ich gehe nach dem mittel warm duschen und draußen ausruhen. Meistens beheizten Außen Schwimmbecken Schwimm bei 26-27° Wassertemperatur ich komm damit ganz gut zurecht.
We just spent 10 nights here and it was paradise. Best holiday ever. Staff were amazing. We plan to return feb 2027 for our 10 year wedding anniversary :)
Danke für den wertvollen Beitrag❣️ leider habe ich im Fitnessstudio nicht die Möglichkeit zwischendurch an die frische Luft zu gehen. Ich bin Sauna Anfänger und habe einen niedrigen Blutdruck: halte es ungefähr 5 Minuten im unteren Bereich aus. Dusche danach kurz lauwarm/ kalt und ruhe mich wohl viel zu kurz aus 😅 daran werde ich arbeiten.
Boah ist das schwer 😄 hab versucht alle mitzumachen, manche gehen einfacher von der Hand als andere! Sehr interessant! Danke dafür! Ps: Ron ist super niedlich:P wie er immer lächelt🌈🏳️🌈✨
Danke, sehr gut erklärt. Als wöchentliche Saunagängerin befolge ich alle genannten Empfehlungen. Ich gehe in HH ganztägig in die Sauna und spät abends schwimme ich ca. 60 Minuten in Rücklage im Außenschwimmbecken. Daumen hoch und abonniert.
