Help please I have a Mac book and I pass all of the check except the system test-exam simulation secure browser test. I tried restarting computer, new codes and nothing has helped. It’s the actual onvue app. Please if anyone have a workaround I’ll really appreciate it
Thank you soo much, this save me a lot money not having to repay to take exam. I was just about to give up and found this video just in time with seconds to spare. Thank you sooo much. And I Passed!🎉
Thank you so much.. I have been stressing about this and was ready to give up and not write my exam because I was not getting assistance and panicking May you be blessed in abundance for this
I saw this error happens when you're using yesterday's code. Turns out all you have to do is go back and click the Run System Test button again, it gives you a new code, I also redownloaded the file for good measure, ran just fine. Good luck!
For me all the system checks are passing, However, after clicking on the launch simulation nothing is launching and my screen is blocked. I cleared the browser cache and I'm using an updated browser.
I had this issue last night trying to prep for the exam. You just need to generate a new code from the PearsonVUE email, don't worry about disabling your firewall. Do step 4 in this video first, and then try the rest of the steps if needed. PearsonVUE blocks the code after the first test, the fault is at their end and they should be ashamed of themselves for not putting this info in the troubleshooting.
Hey guys I was having a lot of problems. What helped me was double checking the code. It sounds silly, but I thought it copied over the correct code and it helped. And using this video too...
