Super Informative!! Thank you so much, Amanda! I'm just starting out to become a commissioned member of the notary public here in NV, so I'm excited to start in a couple of months. You're a flipping genius!
Snapdocs is offering e digital signing for more errors free issues. The only thing will left do is the going over to ensure signature and to notarized. How is this going to affect pricing?
Amanda, you mentioned in one of your videos about leasing a good printer which will be attended to if there are any issues . Do you remember which video? which specific printer was it.
haha this is my post office - los feliz! thanks for the vid. i work at a law firm and was thinking of being a notary but i wonder if they will pay me for notarizing while on the job (i doubt it) maybe i’ll keep it as a side hustle. thank you!!!
In Texas, on the state website, they don’t give you an option to email your application so I ended up following the steps of this other girl that’s also in Texas, and she at least paid for her bond and application fee through the NNA because the NA will give you an email address That they will send your application to. But if you just go to the state website for Texas, you can download the form sure that’s easy to do… But you end up thinking that you can only mail it in and of course that takes longer But what I did not do is go through one of these notary signing companies that want to charge you this extra fee ! When you go to the Nenei, the only thing you are paying for is that $50 bond or Texas and the $21 fee for Texas and then you give them your application that you downloaded from the Secretary of State website . I’m all about doing it as cheap as possible ! LOL😁
I lived in LA 20 years ago and had RU-vid Existed, I too would have filmed all my move-ins! I lived in some great places and always love the charm you'll find in apartments so not ever thing is cookie cutter! Definitely hard to find a good landlord that takes care of their property too! I used to lease private rentals for a landlord I loved, so I'd rent them out literally within 1 hour of opening the doors because everyone knew the rentals I showed were ON POINT nice!
Hello, I came across your channel and love it and have been binging all your videos. I see that you're no longer a Loan signing agent, but I wasn't sure if you could answer a quick question for me. I want to become a loan signing agent and like you, am planning on taking Mark's loan signing program, as it seems the most comprehensive from my research. Please correct me if you now disagree after all these years. However, you stated at 3:06 that on your first signing, there were documents that you weren't familiar with due to it being a different lender. What are additional documents(aside from Mark's) that I can look over to make sure I am familiar with those that you encountered on your first signing? Thank you. Keep following your dream. :)
Hi, do you have any recommendations for signing service platforms to get business? I am already a licensed loan signing agent, I am looking for a platform that I can sign up on and get signings.
