Nice property. No cantina or other storage area? It would be helpful to walk through the house, starting at the front door, to get a better understanding of flow and layout. Also slowing down a bit and showing the views from the windows would be good,
Love the gardens, hate the black kitchen/s. It's a lot of house with plenty of scope to improve the decor for a less stark look ! I don't think this home would be a choice of mine however. Thanks for your video.

This house is stunning, it's unfortunate that the video is so poorly produced. Your lense was filthy which is what led to all the haze and flare. Your audio was so badly mixed that you ended up getting a buzz on not only the low end, but mid and high tones as well. Thankfully, it cut out while there was still a minute and a half left. I also had to rewind several times to get a better view of some of the rooms because you panned through them so quickly. I'm not trying to be negative or mean, but helpful. Please watch other real estate videos and you will see a major difference between this and there's, which will hopefully lead to better videos and more sales opportunities in the future.
Lovely house, I enjoyed the video, but I would suggest slowing the pace of movement and camera panning just a bit to get more time to see the features. Thank you for posting.
Thank you for input. There is a link to the listing in the description. You are not the first who has not discovered this. Can you tell me which device you are watching this on as I think it could be an issue there if the description is hidden? And the reason why we do not put the price in the video or the description is simply so we only have one place to change the price if there is a reduction in price at some point.

Love the house, but your video is horrendous. Clean your camera lens before filming and you won’t have that hazing effect. Also, reduce the background music by 90% and you’ll have a better video…in my opinion. The music is way too loud for any speaker to play this.

It's kind of a nice house. I love the exterior. Italians, I'm part of one, are weird. The living TV area is basically the hallway. I can't see sitting around the kitchen table all day. I think I'd convert the front bedroom into a living/sitting room. Maybe even take out the bathroom. The cantina would make a great rec room. Did I say I love the exterior stonework. 😊 Ciao

Very nice property but I would make some minor adjustments, like f.e.: making the second entrance the primary one, as entering the house through the bedroom lacks privacy. Additionally, converting the small storage area into a toilet would be practical, given its proximity to both the bedroom and the entrance.
