Look, this place is in Bradford - a place with extremely high crime. This place is fairly open and has extremely expensive supercars yet there is no crime. Seems like they are protected.
I've known two extremely dodgy guys in my life and the odd "coincidence" is both of their supercars ended up here, iirc one of them is still here 15 years later. edit: yeah its in your video lmao
Does it matter which year aygo/c1 etc I get. There’s so many trims out there as well. I believe AC and central locking is all you probably need I guess?
Mine Is the most basic model, the VTR comes with electric windows and air con. I definitely recommend getting one of those just for the extra creature comforts but the LPG kit can be fitted to any of the petrol models.
It should be but quite often they've been broken or have fallen off. If you can't see it, there should be a little metal pipe sticking out the top of the gearbox
We were in a rush to get it back up and running and it had boiled over so bad that the head was most likely warped. It was quicker and more efficient to swap the engines over at the time than trying to source a new head or get that one repaired if it was even salvageable
Engine...inherent issues with throttle bodies, coil inside distributor same crazy design and Don’t go for a CVT automatic, they are woefully bad... Front crossmembers are also an issue, but so easy to replace...if you find a gem with a rotten front crossmember, knock the seller down loads... Micras are so underrated but really great...
hey i my self have a ignis sport. i am currently looking into making it a fun rally car that can also be use legally on the streets. changed the coil overs and suspension. and also breaks. my problem is i blew the a piston in the engine. so i need to change the engien. but i was wondering, if i bought a bigger engine . something like a 2.0 liter engine, do you think it would be able to fit? i have been looking and messuring my self but its hard to tell, any idea if a bigger engine is possiable? Also i will be paying for a re-registration so it will be street legal with the new engine :D
Holy F%£$! Just had the same problem and worse. Even support screws didn't came loose. That was some hardcore 6hr work on the ground to change my stupid bearing. But in the end of the day, i feel like a man a little bit more :D
After watching your video I went and tried it out myself. Had a little difficulty removing the panels but managed to get it out. The part I was having trouble with was the wire plug. Ended up breaking the plastic piece with a tiny flat head and damaged the wires a little with pliers. I wear a hat and sunglasses and that plastic piece hit my forehead. Made a minor mark, hopefully it's not permanent. Could you explain the correct way to disconnect those plugs?
🤣🤣sorry for you forehead, you can use a flat screwdriver with a tiny bit, pry gently and side way on the "H" form in the middle of the plug to lift it up and pull on the other end of the plug. The H form retains a little bump of plastic so make it flex and you can pass the bump underneath
When you replaced the igniton control module, did that help resolve the problem for revving? I know you probably dont have the car anymore, but curious what else could cause this problem. I have the same exact issue right now
My problem would be that I would like a deep dish steering wheel and a quick release. That would probably put the steering wheel too close. How could I reduce this length ? I'm probably not going to reach the turn signal stalk properly.
i had a nissan micra, it was rusted through and through, had it for 9 years. was rusted since the start but not as bad as it was eventually. shame, it was a good car. always started, always brought me where i needed to be, always reliable. over the years i hav spent perhaps 500 or 600 euros on it in NINE YEARS. im thinking about getting another one. big cars are nice, but they drink more fuel, im thinking im just gonna get another micra fromthe same era and save more money over the next few years.
