Lara went along with the Russian program Igor Krutoy & Co. laid out which demanded that certain songs would not be sung live. "Llora" is one of them. This particular performance has Lara miming/lip-syncing. Sad, I know but unfortunately , true. Naturally, I wish that she would "stick to her guns" and refuse to take part in these deceptive presentations especially when they are this well orchestrated. It's one thing to do it(mime to a prerecorded track)on some silly T.V. show where it's obvious everyone is pretending but when the stunt is pulled off with this degree of sophistication - to discover that it wasn't real is all the more disheartening.
Vanessa, I love your reactions to Lara's live performances. You must be a talented singer yourself to so uniquely see and analyze what she's doing. You're also a beautiful woman who just by speaking shows that your vocal control is up there too. It's a pleasure seeing your reactions to her. How I never knew Lara existed until a year ago is a shame. I am a great music lover, instrumental and vocal, and it is truly a universal language all of it's own. There is something so magical about good music, even animals are attracted and mesmerized by it, explain that. Lara is one of the best at tapping into the emotion of musical and vocal sound. She says in many interviews she practices almost daily and exercises her "vocal instrument", so like you have said, she knows what she's doing. Seeing her in person would be on my bucket list. @@gregeichelberger6244 Does the lip chirp help with this or are you having a hard time with the lip chirp also? If so, doing head voice exercises with the sound “boo” with your lips forward to make easy head voice sounds.😎🎤
My voice seems to have a high range, I struggle with low notes. Any advice? My voice cracks or does that break/hitch thing 🙃 I do have a vocal node I know that much
