Be careful if the circuit board pops out you cannot get it back together. I learned the hard way. Keep your thumb on it while prying battery,

I can get my RX300 into programming mode with the directions that you gave. For whatever reason though, my key will not program to the car. It used to be programmed and it worked at some point, but it just stopped. The battery in. It is brand new and there's a light that flashes when I press the lock button so I know it's working. Not sure what the problem is

I might be needing to do this on my Trax if my spare fob doesn't work. The batteries are the same age, but the spare was hardly used. Thanks for letting me know about the possible alarm. I learned that the transmitter pocket was in the cup holder from a different video.

When doing this, make sure turn the keys fast from lock to on because it wouldn't work if you turn it slow. (Worked on my 2003 Rav4)

I’m scared to try and program my second fob and delete my main one then I’m stuck with a non working truck 🙄

Now, I'm 5 foot 5 inches tall, 2020 Santa Fe, and did this sequence to see how it works. Yes, you can easily do the driver's side blade. Turns out I'd need a stepladder to get the passenger side blade replaced. Or can that be done in the "down" position?

I was as surprised as anyone, but I stopped at a BMW showroom and they changed the batteries on two remotes for FREE, including the batteries.
