Hi! I deleted the pending stuck task but still the device is there in the devices and I cannot delete it despite that there are no longer pending tasks. The device that I want to delete is some old already deleted virtual machine and now I using another virtual machine which I cannot connect as Community edition allows just one device connected. What I can do?

Whats the difference between a taskbot and a process, almost all features of a process can be attained by a taskbot, so whats the need for a process separately?
*Taskbot:* - Designed for simple, repetitive tasks. - Easy to build and use, often created by recording user actions. *Process:* - Used for complex workflows involving multiple tasks, decisions, and data manipulation. - It may include multiple taskbots strung together with logic and control flow. In addition to Admin's brief explanation about the differences, thanks to him :) , below also should be considered while using task bots or processes before initiating development operations. By using processes you could ---Put the human in the loop Some departments would like to be in the loop when a critical decision should be made and they sometimes do not really like dealing with replying the huge amount of emails coming from robots and filling the forms attached to it. Instead, they want to see a user interface such as AARI Web Product User Interface in which they could initiate or take on a request, provide the necessary inputs that the robots need. By which they also follow the current status of their requests they initiated through this AARI Web UI. The requests (PROCESSes)in AARI Web portal are the triggers for the processes each run in unattended bot runners unlike AARI Desktop. This allows robots to do work in the background while process owners continue their work on their own computers. So, when you come across such a request from one of the departments within your client, you'd better use "PROCESS" just because you could blend TASK BOTs and FORMs(human tasks) together in a more compact, easy and logical way. To sum up, if it is understood that human participation is not required when a process is to be developed, task bots are used and preferred instead of processes in general as you wrote down in your comment. That is what I have experienced so far, of course there are so many out there trying different methods during implementation :)

Hi, I am able to create an API Task, but my process editing menu does not offer the option to invoke 'API Task' and add it to the process flow. Are there any configurations needed for that to happen?
awesome sir upload the whole series on this weekend only. wanted to learn about post processing after learning instance,currently i'm stuck at building a bot which uploads multiple docs and extract data csv. i'm using process composer... there's error which says about gloal scheduler & descrip : connection between control room and copilot must be establish. i read few documentations but was unable to solve the error. it would be great if you would cover that part too thank you sir !

Yes, you can import bots in the community edition using the "Import bots" option in the control room. However, the "promote bot" feature shown in the video is only available in the enterprise version.
Hello, explanation was amazing and it is really understandable. I got stuck in executing the script like i was able to run java script but not the python script, it is giving me the Code: bot.execution.error , I have installed python in my lap. If you are able to clear the interview you can switch. If you really interest into coding then I would advise you to get into software development profile.

I will explain you all the process that how it will go and you have to help me build a great process which I can easily follow to automate my task. Here What I Wanna Automate to, Before Understanding this remember that one page contains list of 100 Ngo Names and Addresses and there are so many pages like. So, I have to Click one name and then copy paste all the details like name, address, phone and e-mail, until the list of 100 gets over, After that Move to the next page and repeat till all the pages gets over. Below is the Process I Wanna Automate to, At First - I will launch a browser with webpage URL, the first flow will load the browser. Second - I will Left Click on List of one Name, The Pop-up Will appear. Third - After the Pop-up appears I will Copy the Organization Name, Address, Phone and Email. Fourth - I will Close the Pop-up. Fifth - The Process Repeats till the first page finishes. Sixth - Move to the Next Page and then again the process repeats from the beginning. Remember - All the Data Extracted Should be Saved in a Excel Sheet With all titles and extracted data.
