What would that sound like exactly lol? As far as I know wired lower don’t do nothing but help with rise as long your amp can take it if not smoke your amp or put it in protect never heard of it effecting the sound of subs unless they’re being so overpowered they’re bottoming out or something but I’ve been wired too .25 on a 1 ohm stable amp for 2 years now and it’s ran smooth but I’m still rising too 1.1-1.2 or higher .
Hey bro, just test 2 12TW3, and let me tell you about my personal opinion for a little bit of difference. The 13TW5 sounds better. I think it is because they are bigger and held more power.
I like the Kicker better than Pioneer, it sounds way better if you have a ported Box, makes a deeper bass, and you can adjust its ohms while Pioneer has only 1, 4 ohms voice coils
please I want your opinion between this kicker model and the pioneer ts a3000ls4 for the bass quality and which boomy better between them thank you so much
just out of curiosity why not put more power on those?? I have 2 Evl 12s on a 3500 so 1750 on each one there rated for 1250rms and they slam no problems
Hey I have the exact same amp JL 1000/1v3 whatever that means. I didn't think it could play this exact speaker Kicker Q 15. That's playing all out? Its good enough?
They made it for a Tahoe. It was sealed at the beginning, but they changed their mind and decided to make it ported at the end. It has 1 port on each side.
Sounds lkke the shop doesnt know what there doing sealed and ported enclosures should be completely different sizes. Just adding ports to a box that was made to sealed specs will have wayyyyy to high of a tuning. Youd likely be better with literally just two in a proper ported box
