Alince server EU is Worst server I seen in 8years of gaming GW2. I deep dont recomend join, anything moderators consider bad will lead ban . So many people got baned for emojis, for memes, jokes, nothing about warnings or anything like that. If u get in admins eye in bad way they will find reason to block people. Dictator ship like in Handmaid’s Tale. All over insulting people and those people dont get even warning homofopia even disability discrimination. Left by my self could not take more this horror
This chapter was a bitter sweet one for me as it marked the start of the end. As a Prophecies brat we all started growing up, getting jobs, going to college etc and one by one we stopped logging on. By the end of nightfall what was once a packed Guild Hall with a full active roster was dwindled down to less than a full party for the release of EOTN. By the end it was just me left. Not a single guildie had been on for weeks when I finished the end. Roughly once a year I log on for a day or so, just to wander the zones we use to hang out and get drunk at. I always log out in my Hall of Monuments to admire the memories all the trophies bring, but I can't stay there very long without breaking down. Guild Wars was such a magical time.
Finishing the personal story for the first time and hearing this play was truly something else. It was 2016 and I still remember like it was yesterday. I'll never forget it :')
Man these songs they're so dear to me. There is such a beautiful and peaceful sadness to some of them I feel like I'm in another world entirely listening to them. Real life never feels like these songs. Probably why I love them so much. I'm glad others out there can relate.
The Ritualist class was my favourite from GW: Factions! I really wish it were in GW2, although the Engineer class seemed to be a bit analogous to Ritualist but not quite as effective. Thankfully I can still play GW1 for that class alone! :p
I also wish they had Ritualist in GW2. They recently brought back Paragon with spears (and surprisingly Assassin combos in the same weapon), but no Dervish or Ritualist which is sad.
I love this soundtrack! This expansion was so much fun and a much needed break from Factions, where I was always the "bait" to lure Shiro around the map in the final boss fight. The bullets I'd sweat from the fear of being hacked to bits by the raving madman with twin swords as a Ritualist/Necromancer lol.
I bought GW2 in 2014 and my First Character was a Human Warrior and i gotta say GW2 was in Terms of Sorry pretty good compared too swtor (It Just could Not Hook me) was better
RIP Seiren, May we explore the mists together someday. After her death, I couldn't help but get sad at all the people that my decisions got killed. I had survivor's guilt. Thank you for this beautiful song and story GW2.

I remember hearing about Guild Wars 2 before it was released. I never played it. I've seen far more toxicity than decency from MMO players and I ditched that scene years ago. But I am irked that I missed this gem. :P
Starting playing GW1 Prophecies in 2005 when I was 16. Now I'm 35 with a family and a child. Time to time the GW1 OST pop up in my feed, and i start listening to it. I'm not sure I'll ever feel and live again through all the emotions I had when I played GW1. Surely nostalgia is hitting strong on this one.
You re absolute right dude. Even GW2 was less emotional with sound (except Fear Not this Night)...I feel a lot of nostalgy since almost 20 years...and no game can fix it...just GW...but no more people inside and the guild is done since...sad...
