Love it . But there is so much lawn that requires watering at least every other day ( I know may sound silly with current floods ) and doesn't produce anything but more grass ... That said it would be nice to run the dogs and kids on it .
This is something, if I had the money, that I would buy especially if I were a celebrity looking for privacy in a beautiful setting. The only negatives are the taxes (it's Cali after all) and upkeep but that applies to any mansion this expansive. It's almost like owning a country club without the golf course.
