I have never met a malicious empath, then again, I am a social butterfly that has gone full hermit over the past 10 years after emotional abuse of a narcissist. Yes I started behaving like him towards him and without my awareness .... that was on him... he created that nightmare. I left the toxic environment and am healing from the damage that toxic relationship created.

Found this video because I was trying to figure out what was going on with me. A few days ago, I had a meditation like any other meditation, but this time I saw someone looking at me and they were a bluish being and they weren’t speaking. They were just looking at me, but I felt like I knew them and I got really emotional and felt like the wind was knocked out of me. Felt like I was missing something or someone I can’t remember. Later that same night, I had the most clear technicolor visions while I was sleeping. I was seeing shapes and codes and it was clear and more real than my eyes being open. Now I have been trying to make sense of all the stuff that I saw the next day. I felt really strange and sort of like I worked out a lot and really thirsty, having strange heart palpitations, feeling like my emotions are kind of all over the place or not feeling anything at all, ears, ringing in alternating ears, anxiousness, last night, right as I was falling asleep I heard somebody’s voice say something so loud and looked around to see where it was coming from; later, I heard speaking language in a tongue that was pretty foreign to me, sounded like an old language, and it was very fast and as soon as I realized, I was hearing it, it stopped,. There is a lot more and sorry I’m voice messaging because I’m just trying to figure out what the heck is going on with me. Also, I’m seeing things out of the corner of my eyes several times a day. I feel like something is touching me and I’m turning around all the time because I feel like I’m being watched. Today a lot of head pressure like I’m wearing a sombrero and as much water as I drink, I still have this low level nausea pressure like I’m on a plane. Also; muscle soreness all over the back, throat and hips. I noticed synchronicity everywhere all the time, but that’s nothing new . Alternating Between being extremely tired or needing very little sleep. I notice in general that I don’t need as much sleep as I used to. Sorry this is all over the place.

I do have many stories about feathers but the one that stands out; some years ago now. I was going through cancer treatments, I was out on my balcony getting some sun and feeling the slight wind caress my body. The sky was solid blue, not a cloud in the sky. suddenly my eyes caught something falling from the sky and it was a fluffy white feather, my heart began to beat excitedly as I put my hand out, and I caught it mid-air. I have been cancer-free for 10-plus years...🪶

Ringing in both ears, facial tingling, heart palpitations, vivid dreams, always hungry, emotional swings, extreme laughter, sometimes crying for no reason, I love being alone, constantly need the air condition on full blast, some loss of memory especially new information. My dreams make no sense. Pointless to write them down. On rare occasions, I awaken, not crying,, but laughing. I may have heard something that is funny in the other dimension, but makes no sense in the physical dimension. BTW, I've heard that we dream only in black and white. I dream in color.
