Good day Sir, can my US citizen spouse withdraw the i-130 after I have received my 10 years greencard, he has always threatening me of withdrawing i-130 whenever we have any little misunderstanding.
If the I-130 petition has already been approved and you have already received your Green Card, the I-130 petition cannot be revoked. However, USCIS can always accuse you of marriage fraud and issue a Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR). If your spouse is threatening to provide false information/documents to USCIS, you should retain an experienced immigration attorney to help you collect documents to prove your marriage. Unfortunately, we see this happen more than a handful of times.
the issue is that the reject my case with the argument that my first marriage from 2001 was done only for immigration propose, which isn’t true. The USCIS started a deportation process which went to court and I won as they had no proof or witness of a fake marriage. They are holding my marriage to religious standards, such as accusing me of fake marriage because I kept 2 addresses, and because my ex did not want her parents to know about our marriage as she wanted to finish college before announcing. I have pictures of my relationship with her. My marriage had extra conjugal infidelity as both my wife and myself had other sexual encounters with other people, however, this does not prove that our marriage was false. We loved each other and married each other cuz we loved… regardless of the issues we experienced.
Hi, Thank you for the video. I have a question regarding how to respond to the question about membership with the Communist Party. I was previously a member, but I terminated my membership and no longer have any affiliation with the party. Could you please advise on the best way to address this in my application? Thank you.

I have a question about Part 5. I previously submitted a I-129F petition 10 years ago (a different person than my current wife). We called off the engagement shortly after. Do I need to answer yes to this question on the I-130?
The I-134, Affidavit of Support that you filed for a fiancé is different than the I-864, Affidavit of Support that you are filing for a family member. When in doubt, read the form instructions.
@@realwinninglaw Yes, also low key Racist when YOU are the one using ‘’WINNING’’ as a play-on-words for the pronunciation of the Nguyen Last Name. Please use a Mirror 🪞
@@realwinninglaw Cherry picking isn’t a good nor defensible argument. Then you get extremely bitter and upset for being criticized and pull the Race Victim card. 🙄

I have just started watching your video. It is a great help! Thank you! Quick question: When filling out address information, such as questions Part 2 questions 6, 28, 34, where it asks for City/Town/Village of Residence and it does NOT ask for a state or zip code, do you include the state information on the line with City/Town/Village of Residence, or leave the state info out? If you include the state info, do you write out the State or use the 2 letter abbreviation?
Our office does not provide specific legal advice or case strategy for non-clients. However, I would always recommend that clients submit as many documents as they can.
