本學苑由香港空手道運動員鄭子文先生創立，以競技空手道形專門訓練及專項體能訓練為主。鄭教練超過十年教學經驗，曾接受多個國家地區（超過28個）及本地空手道和體育組織邀請舉辦技術研討會，網上空手道教室亦累積超過1600堂次。本學苑運動員遍滿國際，當中更有國家級及區域級代表隊運動員，協助他們在期後的國際賽事上屢獲佳績，包括世界空手道聯盟轄下之洲份錦標賽獎牌、世界空手道網上聯賽排名第一、地區錦標賽獎牌、全港空手道大賽獎牌等。

This academy was founded by Hong Kong karate athlete Mr. Cheng Tsz Man Chris, focusing on karate Kata high performance training and specific fitness training. Master Cheng has more than 10 years coaching experiences, he has accepted invitations from many countries (more than 28), regions and local karate and sports organizations to hold technical seminars. The online karate classroom has accumulated more than 1600 times and the audience is very wide. Some are the national and regional team members, assist them to achieve multiple success in subsequent international competitions. Including the continental championships medals under the World Karate Federation, the World Karate E-Tournament League rank no.1, regional championships medals, Hong Kong annual tournament medals etc.
