Next time you drive around and you see someone driving terribly or like a jackass, look at what kind of vehicle it is. 9/10 times It's a truck driver. Next time you are driving around look at all the truck drivers you pass by, almost NONE of them are hauling anything at any given time. Especially if you don't count work trucks and you're just looking at personal vehicles. Work trucks = For Adults/Logical people Personal trucks = A grown persons dream of playing with tonka trucks come to fruition. I'll probably get someone to respond saying they aren't those things but you are the exception not the majority.
Hahah I see where you’re coming from! Of course I’m mostly driving it to and from work but when I go hunting/camping/hauling a boat and more, it’s super helpful to have. I always try to drive safe!
Love a truck. But a brand new. Ford F-350 dually with turbo. Mega cab and extended bed. With all the bells and wistles. Well its like 130k. Its gonna lose 100k in value. With taxes and maintenance. Prolly spend 200k over 10 years to drive it. Not to mention gas. Thats insane. Even a really nice used truck with less than 100k miles. Is still 30-45k Its insane. Truck in the 60's was 1/3rd the average mans yearly salary. Now its 2.5x the average mans salary :(
i bought 2 things in 2009 a scion tc turbo and a f150 4x4 the f 150 now has 315000 miles on it and the scion has 289 miles on it thats right 289. i keep it to remind me to never buy another car.
Values of homes, cars and everything in between are inflated to double that of what they should be. Anyone that disagrees is a fool and deserves to pay 4 times the amount
Exactly, totally agree! That’s why there are fewer foreclosures in today’s market because usually the inflated equity they have can pay off their overdue payments!
This was our old house. We purchased it from American Tire Co in 2011. We loved the house but hated the location. We loved there not even 2 years. The person that bought it from us turned it into a meth house so we heard. We knocked on the door years later and the new owners gutted it and remodeled all of the interior. It looked amazing.
Don't buy this house the fucking HOA here is horrible they will fine the shit out of you and when you can't pay the fines they will short sale your house just ask the president of the HOA "Amy D. " she seams to like to fuck with people's lives this is a hellhole to live in the HOA is like the mafia here pay or they come after your home. They start fining you the day you move in. Just look at all the pist off people at" sign petition for summit ridge disbandment.com" look at the 1 star rating the HOA website has summit ridge hoa.com. they can foreclose on your house in 90 days and sell it out from under you and you can't do shit about it because of the laws in Utah so stay away for your own good so they don't steal your property and house away from you.
