In the 99 years since its incorporation, every mayor of Hamtramck has been Polish American. That will end January 2, 2022 in Hamtramck's centenary year, when Amer Ghailib will be inaugurated, along with an entirely Muslim city council. With every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Actually this area is being revitalized and is very clean. There are still polish/eastern European shops and every other type for the people who live there.
I left that shithole ham town in 1995. Moved to Florida. LOVE FLA HAM TOWN MUSLIM USA when I live there in 1994 Hamtramck had a horrible crime problem thank God I had a Doberman Pinscher when three punks tried getting in my place the cops are too worried about getting out tickets and not taking care of criminals what a shame Hamtramck get your act together quit giving people tickets for BS and fix some of your potholes it don't matter to me because I don't live there anymore but it always was and will be a successful of a dog mess
