I’m looking into staying here. Could you tell me the difference between Jr. Suite Ocean Front, and Jr. Suite Ocean Front Sunset View? I’m hoping sunset view is on an upper floor. I hate being on the ground floor, yet everywhere I go I usually am. It’s annoying cause I always book an upgraded room, and prefer the top floor.
Wow you guys really missed on the Xcaret park, there are so many awesome things to do! You won’t be able to do everything in one day, with all the swimming, shows, rides, animals and gorgeous areas to explore. Not to mention the closing show at the end which is a must! The rivers are amazing and everything has signs on how to get to the main attractions, there are even colored roads you can follow. And it’s a big park so if you’re gonna be walking all day maybe don’t go on the difficult side and go for the bikes 😅 always take the bus, super chill and easy way to start a long day at that beautiful park! There are also boats you can take to get there, those are pretty cool too.
Heyy me and my husband are planning to go to this resort I just have a question for the dinner restaurants do you need to make reservations and if so would it be better to make them ahead of time or on the spot when u get to the resort
thank you so much for these videos! very informative and looks like a great location. Kudos to you Kaiden for reading your Bible, keep it up young man! (1 Peter 5:8-9). NOTED: beware the bike trip to Xcaret park, yikes!!
That bike ride was something, lol... That did not look enjoyable, but did look like a great workout! SO glad you enjoyed the vegan restaurant! I was vegetarian (very close to fully vegan) for 8 years in my late 20s/early 30s and I think it was the BEST thing for me when it came to expanding my food horizons. Even though that path came to an end for me, those 8 years introduced me to SO much. I learned to eat and cook in ways I'd have likely never been exposed to otherwise. Scott also was well versed in vegan and vegetarian food when I met him, having worked for a few years in a co-op, so he was happy to eat whatever I made! If we make it to Arte, Apapachoa will be a must!!!
@@MemoriesandMojitosTravel in my slight bit of digging, I already feel like staying at this resort is like planning for a Disney trip… 🤣 (Though infinitely more enticing!)
@@MemoriesandMojitosTravel Yes, I feel like we would really be enjoying what the resort has to offer the majority of the time with a couple half day timeframes to the less restrictive parks, but I haven’t even begun to dive into which parks offer what, and which ones are all day versus easier on the schedule… i’ll get there. 🤣 and your Vlogs are definitely helping. Thank you! I wrote down several questions to continue my research as I watched this one.
Hi Brittney. Big fan of your videos. I’ve watched many several times 😊 You and I seem to have similar opinions about many things so I’d love to hear your thoughts on Valentin. We’re booked there for April but, after reading more, I’m now nervous it’s not for us and I’m seriously considering making a switch to Atelier. Thanks again for all the vlogs - they’re so well done!
One of my Sunday rituals is to have breakfast and watch the amazing vlogs that you upload on Sundays. They give me ideas for my future vacations. Thanks for another great video! Sad that you guys got hurt during the bike riide. The food at the vegan restaurant looked really good.
I'm going in November with my boyfriend and parents and I've seen so many versions but I'm really liking the style of yours! Taking notes for our trip. And I've made note of the upload schedule bc I'd been checking daily since I discovered your channel a week ago
We were Disney annual pass holders for over 10 years. We visited Disney and Disneyworld several times. 4 years ago, we visited Xcaret for the first time, and we fell in love with the resort. Now, instead of going to Disney, we go to Xcaret, and my entire family loves it.
Great video! Thank you for sharing. It’s incredible that you were able to get all that stuff in the bags. I really appreciate watching somebody who’s not a minimalist be able to do carry-on only.
People, please remember to tip the staff that helps you. They are ON IT! Be kind, these tips go a long way for them and their families. I understand you paid a good price to be there, and they state that this is a no-tip resort, but please just do it. A good tip day goes beyond the person that helped you, it goes to kids, brothers and parents. If you're unsure, see below: For a weeks stay bring approx. $200-$300 (I brought 100=$1's, 40=$2's, 24=$5's) $3+ = Bus drivers $5+ = Bell service $1+ = Drink (by the coffee, pool & bar) $1+ = Food carts/stands $5+ = Sit down restaurants (non-reservation) $5+ = Room Service $3+/day = Turn down service $3+/day = Maid service $10+ = Sit down restaurants (reservation) $10+ = Spa staff
Really enjoy your videos. We've been to Arte twice and loved it but we booked Impressions Moxche this year because Arte raised their prices and we didn't use the parks much. How do you think the resorts compare?
Great videos… so informative. I have a few questions…Is that room quiet? Is this resort a good place for a family trip (parents with 2 adult kids and spouses)? I can walk but require a wheelchair to walk far… can a wheelchair be pushed on the paths?
Thank you for another great vlog, nice distraction from all the politics right now. At least we are headed in the right direction, thank god! We will be booking this resort next Fall for sure, I'm thrilled you went there with the family this time. We will be taking our grown up kids too and can't wait to book it through you! I loved the Silent Patient by the way, we are all reading fantasy books at our house still so not sure you would like those recommendations, pretty spicy stuff! :)
Happy Sunday! They are not at all comparable! Xcaret without question, but the price point and location is so different so most people wouldn’t be deciding between those two resorts. 😊
Loved the Silent Patient! I have loved everything I have read by Jennifer Hillier. Things We Do In the Dark, Little Secrets, and Jar of Hearts we SO GOOD!!
You love a good murder mystery thriller? Me too. Here ar a few of my faves Hot Water by Christopher Fowler, The Heatwave Kate Riorden, Something in the water - Catherine Steadman., Bad Summer People by Emma Rosenblum ... anything by Robert Galbreith, Louise Candlish, Ruth Ware, Anthony Horrowitz Moonflower Murder series and The Word is Murder series, The Things we do to our friends Heather Darwent, Listen for the Lie Amy Tintera, anything by Jane Casey, Jo Spain, Cara Hunter, Lisa Jewel, Lianne Moriarty, Ellie Griffiths (Postcard murders and The Harbinder Kaur Mysteries), Helen Callaghan, Clare McGowen, Truly darkly deeply Victoria Selman, Sabine Durrant, Lucy Clarke, Fiona Barton, The Cloisters Katy Hays, I could go on but I won't! 😀
