My second husband, his middle name was Junior, this is how they did it in the old south. When they wanted to name them as junior to put it in the end, they did not they added Junior as a middle name. Would you hear people you know, calling somebody else Junior, that is actually their middle name not a nickname they come from the south. And that was like I said my husband’s middle name, but he was supposed to be a junior.

He said SUN powered, now they had started the SON powered windmills in Indio, California, I believe it was 1979. If you only realize who, I’m speaking of GENE now, that they already had solar power out! But Gene a big deal out of it. And acted like it was stupid!

It is now 2024, and I don’t see any current comments at all. Sometimes I see some that are two months ago and two weeks ago. Complementing the actors and actresses, but now they’re all gone, unfortunately. But I did see one that was two weeks ago. Way to go! I just checked again two months ago three weeks ago also. We’re all basically watching this almost at the same time that’s pretty cool.

H/H match update for episode 1323: ... ~~~Today's action: Not sure if today sets a record for the most fooling around during a single game, but it's got to be close! (Bill's birth announcement, all the Brett/Jack banter, CNR, Betty - the only person not really contributing is poor new girl Donna who was just playing the game, and doing a decent job of it.) Anyway, the game took forever, and I loved every moment of it! It's what makes this game show unique: the antics, the personal exchanges, the lame jokes, the general silliness. The actual game has always been simply an excuse to assemble the personalities and let the home audience get to know them. But the game did eventually play out, and the champion suffered quite a defeat. But thanks to her H/H match with Charles her first time out, she leaves with the promise of $5,700. *Today's audience match question: "________Hoo"* (My thoughts: Boo, Horton hears a*, Woo) *Spelling has never mattered here. The celebs: Brett (Hoo), Jack (Yah), Betty (Yoo) The choice: Boo The answers: Ya, Yoo, Boo - The stars got them all! A new champion starts of on the right foot. The wheel chooses Betty for the second time a row. Plus, it's a double today! Stats: Betty's most recent attempt was 1322. She's matched 8 of her past 16 (50.0%) and she's matched 23 of her 48 H/H questions overall (47.9%). This is now Betty's 49th attempt. She's answered more H/H questions than anyone other than the three regulars. *Today's H/H question: "Magnetic_**______* (Energy or Personality? One of those, I would guess. Sigh. I'll say personality.) Neither Betty nor the new champion looks like she's got a sudden inspiration. Both seem to be considering the options. The champion really doesn't seem to have decided yet. Betty writes something short and files it, but doesn't look super confident. A bit of a pause when Gene asks for her answer. Oh no, she doesn't have an answer. Champions do draw a blank quite a bit, actually. "Staple" she says. That's too bad. Classy Betty attempts to make some sense of the contestant's answer before saying it was a hard question. Her answer? "Tape." Meh. Gene tosses out "Magnetic North." Meh plus. Hah! Mr. Jack Klugman had my answer, Magnetic Personality! No H/H match this time. ~~~Here's our updated leader board showing the 11 celebs with at least 3 H/H matches, ranked by accuracy: (An asterisk before a celebrity's name signifies that she or he has "retired" from the show and their H/H stats are now complete.) (For tied scores, I consider the one with the greater number of matches to be higher; if the matches are equal, the celeb who first achieved that score goes on top.) Orson Bean - 100% (4 matches in 4 attempts). Joyce Bulifant - 80.0% (4 matches in 5 attempts). (*)Jo Anne Worley - 75% (3 matches in 4 attempts). Gary Burghoff - 62.5% (5 matches in 8 attempts). Charles - 50.0% (40 matches in 80 attempts). Betty - 46.9% (23 matches in 49 attempts). Fannie - 46.2% (18 matches in 39 attempts). (*)Jo Ann Pflug - 44.4% (8 matches in 18 attempts). Brett - 44.2% (38 matches in 86 attempts). (*)Richard - 42.5% (373 matches in 878 attempts). Bert Convy - 33.3% (5 matches in 15 attempts). *These stats include every head-to-head match from episode 1 through 1323, excluding the missing/damaged/unavailable episodes: 31, 32, 33, 311, 312, 313, 324, 325, 645, 910, 1024, 1025, 1026, 1027, 1028, 1029, and 1030. (Note: episode 849 was never produced.) These stats do, however, include the H/H results of missing episode 968 as those results were revealed in episode 969. There was no H/H in missing episode 1035, as we learn in 1036. These stats do, however, include results of episodes 1309 through 1317, found on channels other than this one.

H/H match update for episode 1322: ... ~~~Today's action: Right from the start, Jack acts like the star of the show, becoming the center of attention. (I like him and how he spices things up.) He did have a hand in its creation, and appeared in the pilot (prior to episode one) and some say he was the one who suggested Brett as a panelist which obviously had a huge impact on the show. I think he's big enough of a personality to fill that fifth seat, and it's a shame this was his final week on the panel. Why? Partly because the show (even if they didn't know it at the time) is drawing to a close, so there wasn't a lot of time left to get Jack back (about 130 episodes left). Partly because he (Jack) had other projects. Partly because what's funny for one week (the dynamic between him and Brett) would get stale after a couple weeks. Oh well, on with the game... Our champion is defeated after a single win. He leaves with $600 coming his way. *Today's (first) audience match question: "________As Can Be"* (My thoughts: Happy, Quiet, Good) - This one sounds hard to me. The celebs: Betty (Cute), Bill (Happy), Charles (Nice) The choice: Cute The answers: As Good, Cute, Happy Yes, that was a little bit hard. She got the middle answer. Now it's wheel time. It's Charles today! And a double! Stats: Charles has matched 15 of his 30 most recent attempts (50.0%). His overall accuracy score is currently 49.4%, and this will be his 80th attempt overall. He's scored 39 H/H matches so far, more than anyone else except for Richard (373), with Brett close behind at 38 matches. *Today's (first) H/H question: "_______M(o)ustache* (Handlebar? I doubt anyone would say "p0rn star mustache" Really, only handlebar jumps to mind.) Charles doesn't seem to have an immediate decision. He's looking around at his colleagues. The new champion appears serious but calm as she thinks. It doesn't take long. Charles files his answer before the camera returns to him. "The only thing I could think of is 'handlebar'," she says, echoing my own experience. The audience reaction is a solid 10 on the positivity scale. Charles is shielding his eyes from the camera with his hand, so I can't see his face. When he launches into a long patter, you know he's matched (he doesn't torture contestants by dragging it out when he doesn't match). Sure enough: "Handlebar." - It was unanimous today! Charles scores his 40th H/H match today. ~~~~~ Gene pokes fun at the champion for coming up with a lousy answer... an answer that then scores six matches! She easily wins her second game. *Today's (second) audience match question: "________Restaurant"* (My thoughts: Chinese, Fast Food, Sit-down) - This one sounds hard too. The celebs: Brett (Family), Betty (French), Charles (Alice's) The choice: Alice's The answers: Italian, Alice's, Chinese (I had the top answer after all, and so did Jack, but he wasn't called on...) Not awful. Middle answer second time in a row. The wheel chooses Betty this time. No double. Stats: Betty's most recent attempts were in episodes 1309 and 1295. She matched 8 of her past 15 questions (53.3%) and 23 of her 47 H/H questions overall (48.9%). This is now Betty's 48th attempt. She's answered more H/H questions than anyone other than our three regulars. *Today's (second) H/H question: "_______Morgan* (Henry? I thought of him because he appeared on the MG panel (seat #1) fairly recently (episodes 1256-1260). That was his one and only week on the show, however, and he never got a H/H question. I'll just leave it at that, as I generally do poorly with name questions.) The champion looks like she's already decided. Betty is deep in thought. After a moment, she writes what looks like about 5 letters and quickly files her card. "Jaye P. Morgan" says the champ. Yes, indeed. Another MG alumna, Jaye P. appeared for a single week (episodes 11-15) and she was in seat #2 (with Brett, not yet a regular, in #4). Jaye P. was chosen for one H/H question, but didn't achieve a match. Oh, I just checked, and Betty was on the same week as Jaye P. ! (Joyce Bulifant was the semi-regular the week Henry Morgan was on.) Oops! Gene interprets the champion's answer as J.P. Morgan, the financier/banker, not Jaye P. Morgan, singer/actress. I guess that makes more sense. The way the champion doesn't react in the least when Gene refers to J.P. as "him" leads me to believe that the champion meant to say him and not Jaye P. Betty however went with M*A*S*H actor Harry Morgan. (That's quite a few Morgans altogether!) No H/H match this time. ~~~Here's our updated leader board showing the 11 celebs with at least 3 H/H matches, ranked by accuracy: (An asterisk before a celebrity's name signifies that she or he has "retired" from the show and their H/H stats are now complete.) (For tied scores, I consider the one with the greater number of matches to be higher; if the matches are equal, the celeb who first achieved that score goes on top.) Charles - 50.0% (40 matches in 80 attempts). Betty - 47.9% (23 matches in 48 attempts). Fannie - 46.2% (18 matches in 39 attempts). (*)Jo Ann Pflug - 44.4% (8 matches in 18 attempts). My sister-in-law is extremely slow, I love her very much! But they lived out in the wilderness, and they have a cookhouse out there. Everybody would meet in the cookhouse and everybody that came by we just walked into the cookhouse. But out front, the trucks, of course, always parked in front of the door. Her husband kept telling her not to tie the dogs to the back of the trucks or cars! Her son also is extremely slow, he got into his truck. He forgot about the dogs being tied to the back that was a little tiny apple head Chihuahua that was tied to the back and we still don’t know why she used to tie the dogs up. There was 27 dogs running loose on the compound. But anyway, he took off a lady pulled him over and all what was left was ahead and one front leg! He felt so bad he came back in tears, and his dad just let him have it! And then he let my sister-in-law have it, which was horrible. There was no violence. It was just screaming, but it was horrible things that were said. And with things that are said that are really bad bring scars. Those scars can be opened up easily, but he didn’t do that. He was so sad over it.
