This channel contains the entire Jarry (James Nightingale and Harry Thompson) storyline, the entire McCarter (John Paul McQueen and Doug Carter) storyline and Levi's storyline from British soap 'Hollyoaks'.
Somehow, I was drawn here after tonight's episode. As much grief and anger I felt (and still feel) about the ending of this storyline as well as the story lines James was given in the years afterwards, I take some consolation in my imagination of him finally finding eternal peace with Harry in the afterlife. No more hurt, heartbreak and injustice thrown at the characters as well as those viewers of us who loved them. It's over.
I'll be 80 years old and still mad. It's by far the dumbest kill the show has ever done and it's karma that show ended up suffering so badly because of it. ^^
They are my favourite ste pairing for sure. Though with the way HO is currently I'm glad Emmett isn't coming back anytime soon. They would just destroy it.
I know this was AGES ago but please can u like explain the whole timeline of Ste and Brendan please bc I’m so confused so like they got together broke up and then Doug was there but when was this like can u explain all of it please,it would mean a lot🫶🏼
Ste and doug were together n then broke up in 2012 coz doug knew ste wanted bb. Ste n brendan got back together in late 2012 coz brendan never stopped loving ste since 2010. Then march 2013 brendans pedo dad came back, tried 2 nonce brendan again, cheryl caught their dad in the act, killed their dad, brendan took the blame then went to prison for it. Hes in hospital there because he tried 2 kill himself after confessing 2 killing his dad by pointing an empty gun at an armed officer. Armed officer shot him but he didnt die. Then BB went 2 prison n left the show in march 2013. The actor for BB wanted to do different roles.
I'm so conflicted on this myself, I spend years wanting Harry to come back, but HO is 10 seconds removed from being cancelled. They are given 1 hour per week to tell their stories, with mass firing happening right now. Not sure we'd get the storyline for Harry and Jarry we deserve if he did come back.

It doesn't matter if Harry has told few meaningless white lies. James taking that bastard's side over his lowed one in something like this is just unforgivable. This kind of jealousy is unhealthy and I cannot believe how most people seemed to take James' side over sweet and innocent Harry.
I didn't really like James' mother before but her relationship with Harry is somewhat sweet. I also enjoyed the bonding Harry and Romeo had later, it was like Harry really was part of this family.
Like father like son. Only, the difference is that Harry made himself the choice to sleep with random men (even if James first introduced him that lifestyle) but what Mac is doing here is so sick and disgusting. James "making" Harry to sleep with his clients on the other hand was in the end for helping Harry as well. So James' actions in my opinion actually weren't that bad. I can't at least hold it against him.
How dares this child rapist speak like that? I don't watch this show anymore for an obvious reasons but I have understand this character is still there. Why, how could anyone like her so why do they keep her on the show???
Harry lies and cheats a lot but it still doesn't make him a bad person. Tony on the other hand never was there for his own son. It makes me hate this show even more when I think about how things turned out and how unfair it was.
I always hated Holly. I cannot believe how hypocritical she is, and so is Zack. Have they forgotten how he ran over Dylan and Harry and Holly helped him to cover it up? Dylan could have died as well, both situations were just accidents. The difference is that accident with Amy was outcome for a Harry defending his partner but in Zack's case it was even worse, trying to impress someone else's girlfriend AND committing a crime by stealing a vehicle to do that. So what Zack did was worse. I liked Harry's and Zack's friendship most of the time but here Harry should just have reminded how he helped Zack. Holly was always a bitch.
I know it was meant to serve as a plot point but it's just so ridiculous that Romeo, who is supposed to be a smart and observant guy, hasn't noticed until now that James loves Harry. He literally first bonded with James over spoiling Harry's wedding to another guy.
Something I always loved about James and Harry's dynamic was that even though James is an intelligent guy who is pretty good at reading people, Harry could always play him like a fiddle.
Am currently rewatching this storyline and I can't believe I managed to forget Tony actually ran out on his family when they needed him most... He is such a pathetic character
I have never finished this before and now I just wish I still hadn't. How on earth is Harry made the bad guy here, who would wanna raise a kid with a bitch who lied about you to police to put you in a jail? He was framed for a hit and run and because of that he is murdered. It is so unfair. I didn't know what part James played in all this, I only knew who killes Harry. And now I see that James and Tony, those 2 people who were supposed to love him unconditionally, are the ones to blame. After this, I wish James had actually committed a suicide because of playing big part of Harry's dead. Yes, Harry did cheat on Ste and kissing him when he was with James was wrong, but those things don't make him a bad person. I guess only "good" thing about this was remembering what James did to JP. He forced him out of town, and didn't wish to get him back. Unlike here, he was willing to forgive Harry. So this proofs to me that Harry was the one for him. This is just so unfaur, all the bad guys always get away with everything but Harry who was in the end just the opposite, gets all this shit. I really really just hate those people responsible for this,
I stopped watching Hollyoaks when I heard they had killed Harry off. I never liked James with Kyle. With JP even less. Ste was a good match in my opinion with Brendan, Doug and Harry but I don't like the idea of him with James. Harry was the only one for him as well as I never have liked JP with anyone else but Craig. Harry and James were perfection.
James' family... What disgusting human beings all of them. Ellie, well I would like to say that she got what she deserved with Nick. I used to love Ste and Harry when they got together, and I still like watching those episodes where Harry is chasing Ste... but I do think James was even better for him. All the things he did for Harry... That kind of loyalty is just amazing.
