Including Yours. 1 Corinthians 3:16 Do you not know that you are God's Temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you? 1 Corinthians 12:27 Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it. 1 John 4:13 And God has given us his Spirit as proof that we live in Him and He in us. It is the craft of Satan to make us think and speak of the Divine law as uncertain or unreasonable, and so to draw us away from God. It is our wisdom to keep up a firm belief of God's commands, and a high respect for it. These are not fables , but Divine commands. So than, let no religious Preacher, Minister , Pastor , Church or anybody tell you any different.
Why you say that? The holy spirit reproofs. All have sin and come short of their blessings. God has poured out his spirit over All flesh. We have a choice to accept it and repent for lying or deceit. I get what you saying if that person sold out to live with the seed of lying and deceit God place a reprobate mind over them and he does not hear their prayers only prayers of the righteous. Yet, while they are yet in their sins, they can cry out to God, is all I am saying.
