I’m really big on manifestation and how my thoughts can impact my life and my health and I thoroughly believe that they do. My boyfriend of eight years recently passed away from cancer that either we didn’t know he had or that just came on so suddenly and metastasized so quickly he didn’t even have a chance for treatment. He was, I guess you could say, a negative thinker. I was always telling him to stop thinking that way and try to think more positively or to stop letting things stress him out so much because it was going to make him sick someday. He would just look at me like I was crazy. I wish he would’ve listened to me. His inability to control his negative thinking impacted my life severely. I used to be “Supermom” and on top of my game in every aspect of my life. Now, I don’t even know how to live without him.
I keep waking up feeling like Im already in Bali. Im leaving on the 25th of March. My mind is quite sure every day that Im already there. Every day is a holiday, the clouds and wind even feel like Im already in Bali. Praise God, its been a long time coming....Im going to Bali 🎉🥳🌞🌊🌈
What a panic I went through this morning on behalf of a whole group of people who truly could not care less about me and suddenly I found myself laughing. It was all so funny how Iv always cared so much and finally today I could just give it up 🤣🎉
Thank you for this great reminder of being present. It is for sure a constant practice and not just once or once a day, week, or month thing. When a bad memory enters my mind I remind myself that "I Am Now"

Taking control of your environment is indispensably essential if you want happiness. Seee animals they don't have to worry about their environment it's already set perfectly for them. The human being their environment is in chaos.Why so? Because the human being is equipped to make and create his own environment. This is important to me . The Quantum model says I create my own life's experiences. Listen DR Dispenza said you have to be as great as your feeling, greater than your environment and greater than the World. Why? Because these are the biggest distractions to the mind. See, our environment signals us in unconscious ways. Science says 65,000 thoughts a day coming to us ,those thoughts and manners,habits are a result of of our inner dialogue and we are not conciously aware of the disempowing power that they have over us. Use mindfulness, affirmation and be grateful. Raise your vibrational FREQUENCY up out of a 3 dimensional world up into a immaterial quantum spiritual world. That rest your wishes and desires. Remember every environment you go into YOUR SIGNATURE should be on it. Bigger than your environment.
