It might ask you to upgrade another card up to a certain level before unlocking that card. e.g. Hamster Tube may require you to upgrade Hamster book up to lvl 6. If you keep upgrading the card until it is level 6, then it will be unlocked and you can now upgrade the hamster tube. I hope this helps 👍
It's quite simple. Every locked card has the requirement for unlocking it written on it. E.g. it might say "Hamsterbook lvl 6"... This simply mean you should upgrade hamsterbook card up to level 6 before it can be unlocked. So you just go and upgrade that card until it reaches level 6. Good luck 👍
