The greatest good you can do for others is to do the greatest good for yourself. When you do good for yourself the people around you will want to do the same.
Narcissists have no filter no boundries and pray on the vulnerable. Sick calculating sadistic thing's that are accountable for their actions when the go down.
Thanks! Been following and living most of these “principles” and actions for at least 4 years. Longer in some ways. You can’t put a price on how valuable it is to honestly know oneself. I left my wife 6 years ago for very good reasons. Blah blah. Anyway… I took a 2 month trip to Idaho. I only slept in a campsite or my car. Talk about alone… lol Quietness is interesting… Anyway, I’ve found out a lot more about myself and what I want and need for and from myself and outside of myself. It’s a mindset that has served me well for some time now.
This video beautifully captures the essence of Stoicism and the power of solitude. It's a powerful reminder that being alone doesn't mean being lonely, but rather an opportunity to connect with our inner selves and find true peace. Thank you for sharing these timeless insights!

It's funny how every single one of thise things are more or less common knowledge, it's points and arguments that basically anyone is able to figure out is objectively good ways to behave in regards to being smart. It's just a matter of using logic. I mean, don't brag people don't like it. Don't complain and whine, people gets tired of it. Don't talk shit about people, people hate it and logic dictates that said people might confront you about it. My point is, everyone knows the why and the how. Everyone knows the answers needed in order to be a better self. But there's so much to life and so extremely complex that even if we do know it all. Living by them at all times tends to slip away from time to time. And that's not even because we forget about it occationally and does the opposite due to not thinking about them or the lack of reflecting on them during a situation we slip up. It's that too of course, but there's even times we fully acknowledge that what we're doing right now sucks, we are 100% aware and conscious about what we're currently doing right now. And we know that this isn't right, we know we should do this or that instead but our feelings, pride or ego just doesn't allow us to. We find ourself in situations from time to time so consumed by our own ego and shit that no matter how damn well aware we're being at that moment, that what we're doing is wrong. We do it anyway. Humans are a bunch of weird creatures when you think about it, there's moments in our lives where we choose to actively sabotage ourselves knowingly.
