Hi Pal just a quick question. Me and my team have created a software product that helps real estate brokers and team leaders save time by streamlining repetitive task requested by thier agents. Would you mind if I could post the link to the product down below and get your opinion if you would pay for a product like this just for product validation. I would really appreciate your feedback.
Hi David. Curiosity found your video! In your opinion is now too late to have the 60-70 BPAS points by 2023? My mother & father have been talking to move into building on Marathon key but with 2022 near ending, I’m thinking no time to have 60 points. Yes they can spend all entire bank account but simply not enough viable lots to purchase. If they try they would go mad. I love them. Or I’m mistaken about points?
Hi there, Sorry for the delay. If you are just entering into the building permit process it may be tougher to achieve by 2023. But there are some things you can do to help move through the system quicker. Or you can purchase a transferable building right and transfer to the lot. If you'd like to supply an email, we can email you more detailed information on this. thank you.
You forgot to mention how the city of Marathon has corrupted the BPAS system and used it as a permit selling scheme. The city has taken a system that was was designed to protect the most critical areas and to promote the development of areas with the least environmental impact. Along the way the city realized they could turn the system into a revenue generator by creating and accepting " A donation" of either cash and/or vacant land in exchange for additional BPAS points. Well that's a problem since the legal definition of a "donation" states that the donor receives "nothing" in exchange. Well the city gave BPAS point in exchange and thereby "SOLD" points. Creating an unfair system that catered to only the wealthy and perverted the system that was originally designed to promote environmentally friendly development. There is a HUUUUUGE class action lawsuit brewing here not only for the eminent domain issue but the corruption of the city policy as well. Not only for those who are about to have their land stolen but all those who paid the bribe as well. The city is going to be bankrupt when this is all over.
Hi Allen, Thanks for your question. There are some differences as ROGO is the county's building permit system and BPAS is the the city of Marathon's system. We'd be happy to discuss this with you in more detail please call our office to speak with an agent: 305-743-8328.
