Scotty's parents must be truly proud their son died for God's chosen people. He gave his best to help God's chosen people dominate the region and the world. Americans since the beginning of the century have done nothing but help the chosen ones take over the world. They must be proud of the current state of the world and America. Larry Silverstein must be dancing now.
Hey guys I love your work. I wonder if you can get a former F/A-18 pilot who transitioned to F-35s and ask him what its like to BFM in an F-35 This is because former F-16 pilots like yourselves are used to high Energy Viper style BFM. I don’t think the F-35 can do that. The F-35 seems to excel in high AoA slow speed BFM. Much like what a Hornet pilot would be comfortable in Keep em coming
I was a refueler in the Corps. We trained in the Palms, nothing like smelling like a fuel and making it happen. Loved the air shows (practice) sessions. The Harrier in my day was the most awesome site to behold 😂
I will always love the A10 Warthog and my team . And my team and my woman friend who drew the picture of the warthog smoking a cigarette which led to the shark face.
Hitting empty spaces . And barreling through invisible walls . While dodging beams and enemies weapons on land and air , now space ain't easy , but if you survive it is a high you will never forget.
Fue derribado por el MiG de Zuhair Dahood en la primera noche del combate. Mintieron cuando decían que la aviación iraqui no causó daños, al menos tres aviones fueron derribados por pilotos iraquies
The one who shot down Speicher is the heroic Iraqi pilot Zuhair Daoud. My greetings to you, oh Falcon of Iraq. You are lying. The pilot Zuhair Daoud never shot down. He is my heroic uncle. I am proud of you.
The second heroic pilot is Colonel Pilot Nafeh Al-Jubouri Al-Saqr, the Iraqi Mirage F1 pilot who shot down an American F111 plane in 1991. His plane was shot down in Syria.
red flag dogfights have the F-35A simply abuse any 4th gen fighters in dogfights now. after block 3f you've got the F-16, super hornet, typhoon, rafale, and even the f-15 losing against it while the F-35A has zero losses. in block 3i prior to block 3f, a tyhpoon did score a win though. fuckin love the panther
if ur vid is talking heads, maybe a talking heads thumb is more apropos than a thumb , adn a title, deliberately misleading users into expecting an A-10 FLYING vid? foad, liars.
Sure, against enemies with no AA and no air force. F-16 can do ground support. Difference is it can survive SAMs. Aardvark did it better than the a-10s in Desert Storm too
I can tell you why it's not, the A-10 can't ID it's targets, can't deliver non missiles ammo close to friendlys, that gun has killed so many friendlys and civis, its dies to manpads because it aint armoured enough to survive that which goes against it's point, its probably the worse ground support the US had and I am glad they are trying to mothball it now....a pilot should not use there eyes diving on a target and a cm error leads to a dead friendly squad. Data collected that's available to the public shows that in every single Warzone the Hog has underperformed at the most optimistic and been an outright liability at the usual.
Nothing new here. The AF is always in a feast and famine cycle. When I started in 75 after Vietnam there was an overage and they were giving guy early outs and ground assignments. By 1980 when I got out there was a shortage and they were begging guys to stay in. My dad was in from 44-66 and he went through the same cycles. The cycle will continue because it’s all the AF knows and they don’t change.
@5:10 he says “it’s a sad story and somebody needs to write a really good book about it..” Well, someone did and you’d think that a former squadron mate or anyone remotely interested in learning the truth of what happened to Scott would’ve read them!! A Ms. Amy Waters Yarsinske wrote 2 well researched and documented books . Yarsinske, a former USN Intelligence Officer and now author has written both “An American in the Basement: The Betrayal of Captain Scott Speicher and the Cover-up of His Death” that won the Next Generation Indie Book Award for General Non-fiction and in 2014 wrote “No One Left Behind: The Lt. Comdr. Michael Scott Speicher Story” which earned her literary awards, an incredible press tour, and national/international recognition. With her access to classified materials and senior naval officers as well as confidential sources within the intelligence community, Yarsinke gives the hard, factual truth about the tragic story of both the “blue on blue” friendly fire that brought Scott down as well as his evasion from and eventual capture and captivity for over 10 years at the hands of Saddam. If you want a riveting podcast guest as well as a heartbreaking story of a coverup at the highest levels of our government, then you’d be well advised to have Yarsinske as a guest. The promise (the Code of Conduct) that the USA gives each of its military members that if captured we will come for you was broken that night and for over 10 years. Those responsible for doing this need to be called out and held accountable even though Scott is gone. He deserves nothing less from his Country. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8J2hgM94Mt0.htmlsi=VAa5H1FrIuF2SVHd
Maybe bringing back the Flying Sargents program back, it worked well in WW2, so why not give em a chance… who knows maybe another Chuck Yeager is out there.
