I like Cherie and she's doing fine, but you have all these people praising your previous performance, do you ignore them? She's proud, she worked hard on that show in spite on the toxic environment. If you read the article on Alar's allegations it doesn't take a genius to note the kind of things he would say, and now Camila has confirmed it. I don't agree about painting her as the "mean girl" or pitting her and Cherie against each other, sharing that image with Cherie, when it's possibly a mistake granted no one peace, I feel for all the women who lost their jobs, and Days will never recover from the scandal. As for Camila I respect and adore her version of Gabi, I would be one of those commentors on HER performance, I do hope Cherie finds her footing, but Camila was fired, plain and simple, as for her "mean" persona I don't think her castmates who threw her an impromptu picnic on her last day would make that effort for someone who was truly unkind. Wish both women well, they are both talented and I hope they strike gold.
Hunter King is better at playing Summer Newman merely because of her look and passion for the character .... She's pretty and sassy enough to be a Nick Newman's daughter while classy and knifing enough to be celebrated as Victor Newman's granddaughter ... When Lanier plays the character of Summer Newman, she plays more of a 'needy' character where if she doesn't get her way she 'pouts' and 'complains' like a needy Newman and rich-girl who thinks life is about handing her 'things' but when Hunter King plays Summer, she plays with perseverance and a cut-throat mentality of manipulating people, circumstances, places, and life-force to get what she wants just like Victor Newman does, which makes her the perfect person to play Summer Newman.
