Simple and balanced😍. Can't lie this is what i eat for my adult breakfast✅✅✅🤤. Its good to be simple with breakfast, the body does not need half the crap America eats every morning. I have toasted bread with a lil butter and a cup of fruit they sell by my job and a big water i drink throughout the day. 💖💖💖💖#healthy #thank u God
