I like all the comments about safety concerns. This is how forklift operator's work looks like in most companies. They'll tell you that safety is the most important at firts, but if you're not fast enough, they'll scold you. What you see in the video is the middle ground.

Operator with a lot of overconfidence, high speed, operates in a wrong and irresponsible way. There is no communication between operators, an accident can happen at any time. Never operate a Forklift in this manner.
Not one honk or anything through the safety minus yes he’s worked there maybe the main forklift guy but we do a beep while running through isles like he is

Damn son you are going wrecklessly too fast without honking and not paying attention. Stop looking down, keep your eye on the big picture! If you were working in my warehouse like this you would be escorted to the parking lot, sent home and written up. 😑
Everyone saying he's not safe and no seat belt,when you have a job doing it you have to be quick and safe to a certain point if your too safe your too slow which means you don't get the work done
I agree with Statimtek and Reyes completely:1-driving fastly forward+reading stupid papers instead of concentrate on road front of him.2-reversing-no observation again,3-if he load my truck like that-re-load it,if truck driver jump on brackes just in case all packs moved forward as he left the gaps between stacks.I operated same flt 12y.-best flt in the world,but he is danger czech driver.Question of the time when he will smash anyone ;)

Never looked behind while reversing. Speeding and not wearing a seat belt also not once does he use thensteering assist. Head and body out the cab while loading. And loading while there is a pedestrian near by. And gets off the truck and leaves it running. Just to name afew.. even getting off his truck while his load is in the air and truck running

Okay as a someone with a few years of experience driving reach, cb, bendi, and all sorts of trucks and attachments. I would say he can drive a counter balance, and he is fairly quick, but my biggest issue is right at the beginning of the vid, as he is speeding down the warehouse, not looking ahead for seconds, glance ahead, then looking away again. He does the same thing later reading the pick list speeding down the warehouse. Them gas trucks are quick, I've driven them... He pulls a bit of a dangerous joke on his reversing mate at 5:45... them are the main issues, I am surprised no one mentioned them...
Yup, immediately he shows that he drives dangerously. He could've easily killed someone stepping out from behind one of the rows. If I was a foreman I woulda sent him home and gave him a written warning. There's a poster in the main office in the mill I work at and it shows a tank in one photo and a forklift in the other. The caption says "These can kill you instantly. One is a Tank."
I was 20 seconds into this video and it's the first thing i noticed. I'm not certified (yet) but it was my first thought. Completely agree it's an accident waiting to happen.
