Juan, it’s so refreshing to hear you talk about this! I took 7 years off from alcohol and felt like such a loner and outcast at time! It is helpful when others talk about the benefits of sobriety and when they can be a positive example of what happens when we stop with the overindulgence! I have been able to add alcohol back into my life in MODERATION, And when I say moderation I mean one drink at a family gathering or to celebrate something (so long as you aren’t celebrating every day lol). Either way, it’s a huge game changer and 100% makes consciously connecting with your partner sooo much better! Also enhances your experience on psychadelics when you don’t drink on them or when you don’t drink in general!
I enjoyed listening to Kevin’s experience. I not only learned about his near death experience, but even more importantly for me was learning about his extraordinary life. He has accomplished and experienced so much in so little time. Heck, he even experienced death and lived to tell about it in this lifetime! Makes me realize just how little I’ve actually lived and as I get older, Joel 2:25 is becoming my only hope. Blessed are those that learn early on to use time wisely rather than praying for it to be restored later on in life. Great podcast! Thanks for sharing💕
