KFC sucks in Canada. Its no longer chicken but parakeet birds...i stopped and now with Churches and Popeye where u get chicken pieces to match your dollars.

Put salt hours before and leave it in the fridge the salt will penetrate in the meat and give it really nice flavor and then before cooking season it with pepper and then when its almost done put butter and bast it with butter try this it will elevate your steak to a whole new level trust the internet

Class act video. Excellent filming and editing, pleasant music. It deserves recognition, for sure. I never thought of treating beef liver this way. Looks amazing. I will plan to make this alongside beef rib meat on the skewers for the family members who won't eat liver. Also maybe subbing in some artichoke hearts for those with a prejudice against eggplant.
