@@jaygtgarage6489 Hello, I just did everything you say and do in your video and still get a misfire, my TPS is a new OEM Yamaha, when I unplug the plug from the TPS it accelerates cleanly and without misfire

Get all metal products not plastic please 🥺🙏🏼. Next time buy all metal products. U can sure ram it water and make sure military grade thickness as aluminum alloy lighter but alike heavy steel but lighter stronger against any ram debris.
No no issues at all..it actually goes really well..I take it on beaches trails mud..everything..it's actually more reliable than all my friends late models polaris

@Jerry Cordova I made all my exhaust manifold etc..custom done everything..all I did was ad a fuel controller..and a aem wideband..and it's absolutely awesome no worries nothing..and at times I've gave it a flogging..but she still keeps on going
Well the intercooler a piping I brought of ebay..was about $200 and the turbo I already had..I fabrication everything else..the fuel controller was about $200 so not tht dear..probably all up about a 1k if u do it urself and have fabrication skills
Push pind in back of plug..get multimeter..put on voltage..turn ignition to the ON POSITION..NOT START..then slightly adjust until u get correct voltage..

I know it's way faster than it was..it's more responsive more torque..I don't know power or torque but it's way better..I've got over 70 out of it easily..but I don't do much flat straight riding only tracks trails stuff like tht..if going to do a detailed video soon of how I done it all
Well the intercooler kit was about 200 the turbo was free.. the fuel controller came with the rzr..and the fabrication I did myself..the gauges and fuel pump was the dearest..say about 1k to do it all
Looks like a great setup! Can I ask where you got the oil feed for the turbo? Did you have to drill and tap the block somewhere? Do you run an oil restriction?
No there is a oil feed at front of the motor..and my oil return I just pulled dip stick holder out and tig welded another firing onto it so oil drain back to engine

Where did you say you sourced the turbo? A Triton? Also the charge tubes, catch can, BOV, intercooler, etc. were those purchased individually or from a kit? I’m considering making my own header as well, the hot side seems to be the expensive aspect of these systems for the 800. The rest looks like a lot of the universal kits would work. How many pounds of boost do you run, did you leave top end stock or replace with lower compression pistons? Thanks Dude, thanks for your time
I got the pipe a intercooler kit of ebay it was just a do it urself universal kit..the headers I made out of stainless pipe..I just brought from Stirling's.. the flanges I made out of 10ml plate.. just cut out with plasma cutter..but can be done with whole saws..the catch can just a universal one from ebay..
@@jaygtgarage6489 you got any vids showing your turbo setup? Wanting to do my own as well. I figure I can piece something together before breaking down and putting another $3k into one of the only available kits they have these days
