I was buried alive in a freshly dug sewer trench by a Bulldozer when I was 5 years old. I was buried for at least 20 minutes and never should have survived. That was over 60 years ago and I remember suffocating in terror and darkness and then leaving my body. I hope these men were rescued. If they weren't just know that once you're out of the body . . . you feel safe and wonderful and you're fully conscious but don't need to breathe. I still find breathing a bit of an imposition! 🙏🏻

Salam wa ealikom dear Mustapha . I have a question regarding hot work permit requirements . Some of Jesa HSE team I'm working with insist on attaching a cold permit with a hot permit. Keep in mind that the main activity only consists of hot work only. Your feedback plz . Thanks for enlightening us with your valuable knowledge.
hello you can use either the hot work or cold work not both at the same tame , as the two permit contains almost the same things with some difference in you case you should use the hot work only and the other permits (like confined space, ...). if required I hope you get your answer , if you have any question do not hesitate to leave it in the comments
