I got a superior proposal every popular district like Flordia, Pensacola, and Atlanta, Ga alliance funds to improve small municipality to improve land or landscape by lengthen since bigger city have mostly have everything and small area doesn’t like in Douglas, Ga.
I live in Clearwater. Fl and I have to say, it is much more humid and hot in Pensacola than it is here even though Clearwater is much further south. On the other hand, the traffic is much lighter than it is in a lot of other cities in Florida. Pensacole traffic is light compared to here in Clearwater or Tampa/St. Petersburg area.
Martez, we have done a great deal of looking in the different areas. What is your overall feeling regarding crime rate in the Ferry Pass area. Also, your feelings on the scenic route 90 along the bay approaching interstate 10. How is that regarding crime and safety. Thanks
ok, nice try on the video bubs, but the truth is Pensacola is ok, lots of hoods with lots of crime, FACTS, My uncle was the sheriff here once, my Cuz also work in law enforcement as a commander of the task force.. prices are very high, food gas utilities ect.. don't get to fooled by the beaches, most of the time they're covered with people, and the weather is about the only thing he really got right both being pro and con. anyways that's my take..
I'm a nervous older lady ( lol ) from Tallahassee. I love NW Florida having done summers in Chipley and Bonifay ( woo hoo exciting! ) but I don't think I could take the military planes flying over all the time. Niceville gets on my rickety old nerves too. Can't take the noise! But I do like to go over there as much as I can. I love the style of homes in Pensy and Crestview too.
Thank you for the video! New subscriber here. Could you do a video about the rental options, as well as flood zones? I don’t know how far inland to look to not have flooding during heavy rainfall or hurricanes.
Love the area and thinking about retiring there. Will probably go with the Proper, or down the highway, as I'm trying to get the grands and their mom to move nearby, and Pensacola schools are just too poorly ranked. GB is more expensive, but the schools are great.
I’m sorry but leaving crime infested NYC where you have to fear getting robbed or pushed onto the NYC subway tracks, Pensacola sounds like a dream to me.
I’m interested in the downtown Pensacola area. I want to be by the restaurants, activities, and close to the beach. We are a retired couple with no young children. What neighborhoods should be looking at?
