Brilliant engineering ! 😁 After watching your video I converted one with big wheels. Instead of the mesh net, a plastic collapsible basket fits perfectly on top. I've received several compliments already. Many thanks lady ..., You're a genius !! 🧠
Oh my god I've just seen this video thank you so much. My children are very much grown now but due to all my mobility problems I'm in desperate need of something to walk with also a shopping trolley and they don't seem to make them for people as tall as me. I literally laughed and said to a friend I would be much better getting a stroller or a pram and converting it and they said don't be silly nobody would do that...... Thank you❤
My mother was a single Mom with 2 little ones and no car. She piled all of the dirty laundry in the pram and off to the laundromat she went! It could work for bags of groceries as well. Some of those old prams are really sturdy. Even an umbrella stroller could hold a couple of bags of groceries without any modifications. Then it folds up and can be put away until next time.
Thanks for taking time to make this video! I want to convert one of these strollers to a fishing cart to carry my 5 gallon fishing bucket, fishing rod quiver, telescopic net, folding chair, tent and sun umbrella. Your video gave me great ideas on how to do it.
Brilliant!! I just installed a cool new dashboard to my golf cart and the cup holders are horrible! 2 are too small for anything and the 2 big ones are big enough at the top, but at the bottom of the cup holder there is a rim that is too small, so my yeti tumbler flops around in there. Doesn't make any sense at all. So basically, I can use the big one to hold my phone, and I end up putting my drink between my legs while driving. LOL!
I'm going to buy a used xxl waterproof raincoat and use that for my grocery sling, and see if the snaps will close over my groceries so they don't get wet from snow/rain. I need to be able to collapse the stroller to stow it away (I live in an apartment), so I'll have to figure out how to fit the grocery sling.
Great idea! Unfortunately, the audio of you talking was low, so I turned it up. Then the background music came and blasted! I might finish it later on silent, but I'll miss any verbal instruction you give. Or hopefully someone else had a similar idea...
Not bad. not bad.l. I would have spent at least 1 more minute berating the idiot car manufacturers that still haven't figured out to make something that securely holds a standard bottle of water or soda. How hard is it? seriously.
I like your creativity dear. I bought a used Mamma an Pappas stroler Frame and am using that as a Stroller Caddy Trolley to go on the Transit. I use it with a big heavy duty type of bag to hold foods and purchases securly. You can also put a wire basket in it too. lots of used with Used stroller FRames and much Cheaper than those expensive shopping carts.
This is so cool because I bought a used jogging stroller yesterday to convert to a pool caddy. I want to use it to my chair an umbrella. Book, I pad etc.
Never when I Googled this for a DIY did I think I'd get any decent results haha. Brilliant, thank you! I like the thing you did where you can flip up the seat to still access the basket. My cat loves the stroller basket too :)
perfect its amazing how i've seen 2 - 2019 model vehicles that would fit an extra large big gulp but any regular beverage wobbles all over. Now if there was a way to balance a cd boombox where these dipshit car makers used to put a cd player we'd all be better off.
Great video. One question. How much weight will the seat back with the canopy rod under it support? Just trying to figure out if I'll need to add more reinforcement? Thanks
That was pretty nice... Woukd you by chance have any idea how to make a wide footrest on one of those on top of its own or... for a special needs child. I was thinking of a high side rubbermaid dustpan or an industrial upright dustpan
Thank you for this video! Pure Genius!! Great idea for hauling all the soccer equipment to the soccer field. Wish I had this 25 years ago when I volunteered to coach soccer.
I was searching for "diy puppy stroller" and your vid came 2nd in search results. I know its not a dog stroller but I still watched. I like DIYs and I enjoyed seeing your process :)
Wait, so you mean that we have to get in and get out of the bedrooms by crawling on the floor? And is it real that the bathroom is on top of the master bedroom? Oh my, and the septictank I assume is right next to bedroom's wall isn't it? If it is a landed house maybe I can tolerate it but this is tiny house, I mean how about the odour and the sounds when your spouse is doing that thing on the toilet and you just sleep in your room which is under the bathroom. The echo is everywhere 😅😅
