My two brothers were in this band: Dan and Paul Lamberty. My older brother Joe and I produced their first single, "No Escape/Live or Die" in 1984. Strychnine had label interest, but never inked a deal. Mark Baker left the band to tour with Metal Church, and was eventually replaced by Marty Chandler, including in the later rendition as "Myra Mainz". Marty and Jack Coy left to form The Panic in 1988. The band regrouped in 1992-93 as Fountainhead, with Randy Bowman on guitar/vocals, Dan on Lead Guitar, Paul on Bass Guitar, Jack on drums, (later, Kevin Inglett), and me on keyboards/backing vocals. We weren't a Grunge act, but played in many of the same clubs that were home to the Grunge movement in the early 1990s. Our influences included The Cure, Nine Inch Nails, Counting Crows and Tool. Nice hearing again, after all these years. :)
