I am having an issue with my 2015 fiat 500 pop I had a diagnostics ran on it and it’s pulling code P1063 Cylinder three oil supply solenoid valve stuck Also, P0353 ignition coil three circuit , Am I needing to replace the solenoid at this point? Thank you in advance for your help
I had a long list of codes and was trying everything to find where the issue was coming from. Only after watching your video, I fixed it once and for all! Here are the codes I was dealing with: • P152F00: Engine hood switch 2 / engine hood switch 1 correlation • P1D8900: Electric power steering module internal • C126000: ABS/ESC dynamic controls disabled • P008A00: Low pressure fuel system pressure - too low • POOC600 • U17162F: Electric Power Steering (EPS) Electric steering failure - Signal erratic • U17122F: Brake System Modules (BSM) Driving steering torque (DST) failure - Signal erratic • U17142F: Engine Control Module (ECM) Electronic throttle control (ETC) failure - Signal erratic • P0193:00: Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit High (Bank 1) • P1703:00: Brake switch out of self-test range • Р0365:00-27 • P0369:00-27 • P0390:00-27 • P0394:00-27 Thank you so much for your video!
Hi John. I feel like youre the perfect guy to ask a question. Im about to buy a 2022 Stelvio Ti with 14k miles. From what ive read the majority of electrical issues were traced to just what youve shown. Ive also seen it suggested to swap the battery with an AGM type battery. Beyond that i see a lot of people saying to install the start/stop bypass to preserve the starter relay. Beyond those 2 things what else do you suggest? Do you consider Stelvios reliable on average? I daily drive 50 miles. I owned 2 1991 Alfa Spiders and have lived through the unreliable era. Are these new Alfas as hearty and reliable as ive read? Thanks so much
I think you can be pretty confident to buy an Alfa Romeo if you don’t do any maintenance work yourself you might want to consider buying an extended warranty if the car is eligible. Make sure you get a 800 amp hour battery, but by all means make sure that you have the post that are clean and Periodically take a look at it. Cars are very reliable, but as I stated in the video because they use two different metals to make the connections, they are prone to develop a little surface corrosion.

I was about to take my Jeep Renegade to the dealership because I could not figure out what was wrong I just knew it had something to do with the clutch safety switch. I had the switch out because I was testing it and it was good so then I was out of ideas. My husband sent me this video I immediately checked and BAM my Renegade started right up. You my friend just saved me hundreds or thousands of dollars of it being at the dealership to get it serviced. Again thank you so much!!!

Hey John, replaced this sensor today and I found it really easy to get to the back of the sensor if you reach around the pedal box from the right. I am trying to fix a p0805 error. I find the information on these cars a bit confusing as my car will just start even when it’s in gear. (2016 model). I cleared the ecu and hope the error doesn’t come back. We’ll see. I also tried fuses but they all seem good. Thanks for the video!
Amazing video! Can you buy the starter really from an auto parts store or does it have to be from the dealer? Do you have to unplug the battery before replacing the starter relay? Thanks
I have all the same notifications but my car’s motor is shaking really bad. It seems like almost to the point of backfiring. Then it turns off. Any advice?
I did the post clean, but still seems to some parasitic drain, perhaps someone knows what it could be? Bought new in Europe, no faults found on battery they say, but unless i charge it if not driven the battery drains out in ca 5 days
@@cbarber5366 Have Googled, people changing batteries are hits & miss, post clean is good maintenance of course, but have seen little difference, charge if not used, if daily driven no problems - perhaps smart generator is culpret - otherwise wonderful car, serviced year 4 yesterday & battery tested once again, no probs full capacity - but freshly charged ; )

I bought a jump pack. And have used it. Twice I'll check the voltage and do a low test on the battery.I'll also clean all the contacts Despite the newer technology, not everything requires a degree to fix some things you can find on RU-vid. Having a new Giulia Q, 280 since 2020, which had been stone cold dead like 5 times - always back from dealership with readout of battery test showing all ok - then dead again... i now try this and see if it works -was going to chuck the battery - car is super nice all aspects - but this has been the let-down, so fingers crossed!
Do you have video of replacing the front badge? Mine is faded badly and it needs replacing. Not sure if it sticks on or has prongs like the rear badge.
