Best years of my life from 1964-1968 Tears flow from my eyes. I truly miss those days now. I feel a loss. A loss of connection to my Chaveirim, my Rebbeim - Rav Boruch Sorotzkin, Rav Muttel Katz, Rav Gifter, Reb Chaim Stein…and my favorite Rebbe, Reb Laizer/Eliezer Sorotzkin , all זצ״ל - I even miss those Shtenders… not to mention Elbaz’s yummy chocolate cakes which he sold downstairs in the mechina building.. I will always remember my Yeshiva fondly.
