I have a pristine 2001 Jaguar S-Type 3.0 How hard would it be to install a 1500 hp engine, plus matching transmission, drive train and brake package? I'm thinking (but, not limited to) a Chevy 427 for the engine choice but, I understand the Ford Company bought Jaguar back then and a 5.0 coyote might fit. Who knows. But, this is what I'm thinking. Anyone?

This car is perfect! The only change it needs are shorter gears! The gearing on these is terrible up top. You'll redline 5th gear at 190 mph when in a Huracan or 458 you'll be well into 7th gear at that speed.
That sounds insane. Yeah guys pay for the pistons while it’s torn apart-it’s even a good selling point at somepoint that the customer knows they can now add major power to it without worrying. This is probably the perfect HP for old guys or girls -car is still fast -sounds insane and probably the best HP to car/tires ratio. 200hp more on this and you’re just spinning like mad. Tires need to catch up in technology-can’t reinvent the wheel but definitely the tire -technology is not keeping up on tires. Tires should be the size of rollers on the back or AWD kicks in for a second on electric front motor just to launch and then shuts off. I own w hellcats but used to own 392 Vehicles. I love my Hellcat vehicles and they are going to LMR at somepoint but i will say that the 392s were the perfect HP for the vehicle-they were fun to drive in a different way than the Hellcat-they both have their perks in different areas but for around town the 392 might have been more fun. Plus the sound is completely different and anyone who’s went from a 392 to a Hellcat it’s their first comp,ain’t is the sound-yes you get the awesome supercharged whine (thanks SRT) but the exhaust sound does suck compared to the 392. 392 can burble and pop a bit. Once in awhile my Hellcats will but weather has to be right and it’s very quiet. When i sen them to you guys at LMR i pray you have figured out how to make these Hellcats burble at least a little. If you emphasized that in your Hellcat/Trx videos you’d get more Hellcats because most of us love the way corvettes do it and we loved our 392s before stepping up and it’s missed dearly. Cam chop is awesome but the burble. I’m getting a 2019 ZR1 at some point and they are finally dropping in price and some even 20-30,000 lately because bank won’t finance anywhere near 150,000 so these cars and tons of cars are going to lose by waiting this long to sell hoping for big bucks-this isn’t going to be like the old days of hanging on-the banks and govt want to crush these cars like they did under Obama-so guys drop these prices and find out what banks are financing on these 2019s so you can be within 20% of that because it’s going to change every single month by 2025. I promise you that. So better to do now than wait 3 months and it be another 20,000 you have to lower it. You are forgetting banks and govt want these cars gone and they want LMR and others gone. The new law in 2026 that kicks in on all new vehicles makes them all spy machines and controlled by govt,cops,insurance company,judges,etc. so they want all our cars gone. By December nobody is going to get more than $50-$60,000 in a loan for a 5-6 year old 2019 Corvette and the guys with money out there won’t want to buy it for cash either when they can by an exotic that are also dropping now. The C7 is going to be stuck in a weird place without financing and ppl with cash will spend it on an exotic dream car that’s now affordable so get to selling them nobody is caring that they are the last front engine cars. I mean just look at newish.used C8s that aren’t even selling for 59,000 and they have 2000 miles and carbon fiber and new rims. But yet c7 Z06 are trying to get 70,000 with 18,000 miles and they’re sitting there 299 days on lost so far. I’m telling you the financial g world and govt are going to try and kill all these cars and modified industries. So by beginning of 2025 i don’t see C7 ZO6 selling for more than 40,000 and ZR1s more than 70-80,000. Banks will only be loaning 70% of those prices so they’ll drop even more as the year goes on. Just watch all the RU-vid videos on banks not financing even 80% OF MSRP of the new muscle cars. The banks are saying the MSRP is a scam price and car makers are jacking prices claiming supply chain issues and they don’t exist. I will tell you this is the on,y thing i agree with banks on and they are right and they know because they finance car makers and the factory’s that make the parts so they know there isn’t a shortage-it’s fake and companies are playing along and stalling on delivery to keep the fake prices going. There is no shortage and what the banks are doing will eliminate most of the huge mark ups on cars. Dealers marking up 20,000-100,000 is insane and total BS-why not just make cars and invent prices then. It wasn’t fair and i hope karma gets every dealer and sales guy who did this scam -karma is real and if fueled by greed or lust you will pay dearly for it in your personal life and or something will happen to you that will strip everything from you and stick you in a chair for the rest of your life-i see it all the time and i predict it and my wife is amazed how i predict someone’s karma and I’ve been right everytime so far and i got karma for stuff i did when young. So it doesn’t matter when you did it you will always pay even if totally reformed. Keep that in mind -it’s real. Anyway think about buying performance parts you need before 2026 and Hess new laws so at,East you can get them installed -so if you need a computer get it because the govt is going to shut places like HP tuners down and everyone else. It’s already a law and why Dems don’t really want in from 2024-28 so they don’t have to take blame for all the laws they created. They are pumping Trumps polls for a reason -they aren’t that stupid -Dems want 2028 so they can implement agenda 2030 and that our concern. I love that tuning is now available. That things sounds proper. I would reasonably conclude tuning is available for the CT5 Blackwing. As much as I love Corvettes I’m stuck there.
