Do you really need a whole day for just Quads and another for Glutes. The only muscle group getting adequate frequency and probably volume too are your glutes. I think Upper Lower would be a better split for you, you can have 3 lower days, one with a glute focus, hamstring focus and a quad focus and two upper days. It's really close to what you're doing already but spreading out your volume and frequency for optimal gains.
Need more ROM on the hack squat. It would be more effective with less sets. Slow down, pause at bottom and explode to the top. Yes it's hard but the stretch is important for hypertrophy and you clearly are more interested in the shape of your body than overall strength. If you wanted to get better at hack squat PRs then parallel is good but if you want to grow for the sake of growing then get lower
