Good to see you getting shafted again. I can't get over that flange sandwich you ended up with to get the shaft length/fit you needed..... Oh, ..... no, I did comment on the right video 🙈
Believe it or not that cardboard sleeve is to help with vibration and to help stop or reduce the harmonic hum from some tail shaft's get at speed. So after watching this vid to the end I take it you've just shafted us all, THANKS. Seeya Rob...............I've been shafted before but not in such a nice way. THANKS.
Most steel aftermarket tanks for a 4x4 are 2mm. The one on the 76 has taken some big hits and come out on top, I wouldn't like the chances of something thinner.
Best bet is to go to Toyota. I threw out the packaging so can't give part numbers unfortunately. But use genuine and a torque wrench. Do it right do it once and all that crap
Mine is a Razorweld 45 which I think is a rebranded cig from across the pond. If it'd fit that would be greatly appreciated! Send a DM on any of the social media 🤙🤙
Why does a homeless guy have a plasma table ?, and more importantly can we have an episode about cardboard boxes…. Until then, I remain more confused than that John C Reilly meme.
Would be great to see your stuff at the Sydney show however I live in Melbourne. Had you been at the Melbourne show I still would not have seen you as I only go to it every...well...not often due to the Internet having made the show reduntant. To all those who didn't experience car shows pre 2010, just assume I'm full of shit and go to the Sydney show to see MAB and find yourself some bargains at the ARB stand. Looking forward to your post Sydney show video to see what I missed out on, which in turn will prove I didn't miss out on anything. Thanks for sharing and don't forget to continue to do so. Cheers
Great video! I'm doing the same engine swap into a Y61. Currently in the process of tearing both of them down. Unfortunately, parts are a lot harder to find where I live (Sweden). I was wondering if you are willing to share the CAD file? At least for basing my model on, and adapt to my car. Then I'd be able to fab it up for myself as I have access to a large press brake. It would save me so much headache! Thanks!
