To me it sounded like kerillian is a curius child when somthing interests her, the tingle part. But she cares not if she is not Realy interested in the Subjekt. Also i think in the missions when the Ubersreik five can get drunk i think we hear her/everyones true self without having to keep up a fasad. I kinda relate to the whole thing.
