I just don't know how you slept on that slope. The thing I hate about vanlife is finding somewhere to stay... it's the 'hunt' for a safe, flat, peaceful place that's tiring. Thanks for sharing. ps I've eaten refridgerated food 3 weeks out of date and tins 5 years out of date. Still here.
@CamperVan-K Hey 👋 I can seriously sleep anywhere!! I could just curl up on the floor or some stairs or anywhere and go sleep, but that was a bad slope lol 😆 surprised I wasn't on the floor at the bottom of the bed 😁😁 finding a spot is hard and I only do it once a month. It must be so stressful to do it regularly!! I don't envy that!!! And out of date food lol, I do it all the time but my bigger worry was what viewers would think lol but only you mentioned it ☺️☺️☺️ so I think it must be normal 😁😁😁 thanks for the comment and great to see you here again ❤️❤️
I think a change is a good thing. Too many content creators who clearly hate what they're doing but do it anyway to get the views. Gaming channels for example. I hope you get what you want from your videos moving forward buddy. Sometimes the best road is the hardest travelled.
@STTC it's still gonna be me mate, but doing van life at my pace. I was trying to make videos every week, trying to get views and just chasing something that seemed to just get further away. I had a chunk of time off and realised I still want to do this but at a pace that makes me happy. So I will still be around and still doing this but it will be the way I want to do it at a pace I can enjoy. Thanks for commenting dude 😎😎
@he_finds_his_way when that wire broke I seriously considered it but the new panel is slightly smaller lol. It would have looked awful 😁😁😁😁 but it was nearly the way with how hard it was. Lol
@BloxySpeedBuilds hey mate, I saw your channel name had changed 😁 and definitely you should do it, it's amazing, everyone should do it. Where abouts do you live?
@@BloxySpeedBuilds I love the delica,s I really wanted one of those a few years ago. A proper adventure camper in one of those. I love them with the big wheels
@TKGZONE hey the black stuff is called Sikaflex and I definitely recommend it. You don't want the panels to come off when your driving, so this shows how strong it is even after nearly 4 years. I highly recommend it if you want them to stay on. When you want to take them off,.you are screwed lol 😂😆😂😆 but I still recommend it. I will post the fitting video soon and show a much better way of applying it to make it easier to remove next time round. Thanks for commenting 😁😁😁
@TravelWithTheLinthwaites hey thanks for the comment. I lost the love for getting out and about, and it's not because of doggo, it was just more of a fed up of everything in my life kind of thing. I was on a big downer and I have decided that I need to make a lot of changes because there were a lot of things I just wasn't happy with. I sorted out some bills and free up a load of money which has took the pressure off there, I've made so positive changes towards my health and my weight and I wanted to make some big changes to my RU-vid. The channel wasn't what I want it to be and I was going through allsorts of different ideas as what to do and one option is to sell doggo and start again with a different van. A new challenge!! So I put it into fates hands and advertised doggo to see what would happen. Well this video was filmed a while ago and I am happy to say that there has been some positive changes. I feel a lot better in myself and my plans for RU-vid are well in motion and you will hopefully start to see the difference. I am really happy to say that I had interest in doggo and a couple were really interested........... But It wasn't ment to be and I managed to keep doggo 😁😁😁😁 The advert has expired and we are planning plenty more adventures together 😁😁😁 Thanks for asking about it and I hope this explains why. All the best Ian and Doggo ❤️❤️❤️
@@ChillVanlife Ah man, good on you for being so honest. Sometimes life just doesn't go as planned, however, there is always another way and is no room for giving up on what you want. Your weight loss is incredible, I said this to my partner last night. You're doing really well mate and it's great to hear you've kept Doggo and will maybe find a way to fall back in love with it again. I'm always here bud if you need a chat or just need someone to meet up with for a cuppa. We're from the same town remember. Sending love x
@Game_Tunes123 Hey Tony, 😁👋😁 Thanks so much for the Buy Me A Gregg's that is so generous my friend. I will spend it wisely and you will be getting 5 shout outs 😁😁😁😁😁 thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️
Why is that a problem? If you do a stealth build, thieves will think you have tools in the back, I’d definitely argue that a stealth camper is more likely to be broken into.
Hi, I've ordered a set of LED's from Simon, on your recommendation, for my 2024 Ford Transit Connect Sport. I was just wondering....I know you say on the video how easily and quickly you changed your bulbs, but was it really that simple? How easy is it to see what your doing, as the space looks tiny, or would it be easier to take out the headlights?
thank you, thanks to you I was easily able to understand how to remove the panel to modify my start/stop button with a small canceller box on my 2023 Ford transit connect. I was able to take my time to remove the same trim as you and do the job. You have to be careful and take your time so as not to damage anything. thanks again
@Billy88London I am doing well mate, was on a downer but found my way out and I feel good now. Feel positive and got some good things coming to the channel 😁😁
@Billy88London the connect and caddy are now the same van, so I think that will continue but I do like the Vito. I don't know much about then but I like.the size, would be a good micro camper I think
@@ChillVanlife😮 I didn't no there the same van now. Mate I've been exactly the same proper down about a few things. Still not found my way out but I'm trying
@@Billy88London I was ill for 3 weeks and everything all hit at once and once I started to feel that little bit better health wise I had this clarity come over me and I broke the big situation down into lots of smaller problems and then prioritised the easiest ones first. Once I started tackling those and succeeding the other problems seemed to get easier to focus on so. My advise is try and break it down into smaller things and go for the easiest first. The load will feel lighter straight away ♥️♥️♥️
@Billy88London. Hey dude, I didn't watch it. This video was filmed before we had that conversation. So I watched something else then lol. But you will know when I have seen it 😁😁😁
Well what a magnificent video that was sir - most enjoyed 🥳 and chopsticks so are the way forward. Now more important than the revelations was the fact that you clearly wanted him to come in your van… maybe he was actually scared thinking you were waiting for him 👨❤️👨
@zafiracamper maybe he did think that lol. Funny he hasn't mentioned it because I've spoke to him a few times about his bike lol chopsticks are the future mate 😁
Really understand your disappointment in making decent youtube progress buddy,,, at times it feels like it’s a hobby, at other times you feel as you should be doing better and making some money and other times i feel it’s for memories,,, what ever your reasons for selling the van and taking a break it’s all good with me brother,,,, you make good content and have provided me with some entertainment over the years. I do hope the content keeps coming in what ever form
@STTC the content will still keep coming dude. Definitely making some changes now, more relaxed and making content for me rather than trying to chase views!!! 😁😁
@Billy88London hey dude, hoping it should be out this coming Saturday. I have a few videos.filmed just trying to get them edited. So should be a bit more content again soon. I've had a bit of a breather whilst I sorted some stuff out and I'm back on it now 😁😁
That chair/bed is amazing. Looking into getting a transit connect as my next vehichle to prepare for the contingency of renoviction in my rapidly gentrifying community. I have cats and shelters dont allow pets. A vehicle that could keep my animals safe that I can still drive to work seems like a very elegant solution to such an emergency. Stealth is your freind.
Great views sir, your subscribers have had withdrawal symptoms, excellent location, shame the pub was shut,,,, i have a list of jobs too but never catch a day of full motivation,,, mad really. It looks like you woke up wearing a red cocktail dress 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
