Ultimate E-bikes in Canada 🇨🇦 I just ordered a Black and Orange one with disc bracelets and a different style frame. Add says 26" rims which I'm hoping for because further down it says 27.5" which feels to much like a circus bike. 29" definitely circus looking. Hyper is incredible $598 CAD ❤❤❤❤.

Dear Support Team, I recently bought electric bike from you which is Hyper 26 MTB Electric Bike with 36V 7.8AH Integrated Battery, Aluminum Frame, Front Suspension, Black. Model no - HUK-E26-7700 I received the bike on Tuesday, 3rd October 2023 and within two days I found that the cycle display controller was turning off automatically while riding the bike. After observation I found that this was happening when I was experiencing a jolt while riding the bike. On Friday, October 6th the controller display stopped working completely and was not showing any power options. I thought some connections inside the controller might be loose so I open the controller to check the inside connection but I couldn't find anything. Now what should I do in this situation? My bike has completely stopped working and I have to pedal the bike uphill every day. I am looking for a quick and lasting support from you. I look forward to hearing from you. A MEMBER OF THE FAMILY I LIVE WITH JUST BOUGHT ONE LAST YEAR AND OPENED IT UP LAST WEEK. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE SEAT CLAMP WHICH BROKE OFF THE 2ND DAY BUT I FIXED IT WITH BOLTS. IT GOES LIKE HELL FOR SUCH A SMALL BIKE!!
It's basically an SE Bikes Fat Ripper with an electric assist motor. Fat Rippers MSRP at about $1200 while this bike is listed at $998.00. I would buy this and get rid of the electric motor myself just because I am a fan of Hyper & the Jetfuel scheme's...
We bought one last year for our daughter who lives in florida, we sent it to her she opened it up almost a year later now to find no keys and no battery anywhere in the packaging. She said there is no paper work so now we are youtubing to find out what to do. thanks
Great video, these bikes are great. I have the 29-inch version of the mountain E-Bike and I will tell you for the price this is a perfect bike for someone looking to enjoy the great outdoors. I’ve purchased Hyper mountain bike 29 inch about 1 year and 3 month ago. Due to pandemic, lockdowns plus we’ve got sick, we couldn’t use this bike almost at all ( we did twice short a test ride ). During winter time we took care of the battery ( inside home ) and we’ve followed the instructions. Guess what about few weeks ago we’ve tried to ride our bike and the battery wouldn’t charge. At the same time I’ve bought second bike but from the different company and there is no problem. I’ve contact Hyper and they told me that I have to buy a new battery because the warranty is only for one year. The problem is that they advertise that the battery is good for at least 3 years ( false advertising?) I’m very disappointed because I’ve spend Over a $1000 and even didn’t enjoy at all biking and now I have to spend a lot of money to get a new batterie. We are retired and we can’t afford to buy a new battery every year.
